I need to give access to the affiliate dashboard (everything to do with affiliate) to my store manager, however I can’t find the option do so. I also added a user role plugin to try and give access but was unable to find under custom capabilities, please assist.

In the case when a user enters the referral url directly, and not being referred from a certain domain,

I need an option to discard the coupon. only to use the coupon if both referral url is being used and the user came from a specific referrer.

Can this be done?

how can affiliates see their dashboard ? what is the link for it ? how can i create a link for affiliates to login to their dashboard ?

thank you for your plugin, it seems very promising so far!

I just started using it and almost everything seems to be working just the way it should – there is only one issue I’m having:

When I take a look at the affiliate dashboard of a coupon, I cannot see the recent orders made with that coupon – even though it seems to track the orders correctly in the backend, as it does show how many times the coupon has been used, calculates the correct commissions and so on.

The “recent orders” tab of the dashboard is just completely unpopulated, no orders are being shown here, no matter what filter I set.

Any ideas?

I am testing the plugin with the free version, and the basic notifications (for affiliates) are not working. When a user registers, they don’t receive any type of notification in their email, I only receive the administration notifications. Do I have to modify anything? Or in the free plan, the affiliate doesn’t receive any type of notification?

Hi, I have an issue with the free version of your plugin.
When I try to visit the Affilates Dashboard (es: https://mydomain.com/affiliates/?couponid=test) I recive a 404 error.

How can I fix this issue? I tried to regenarete permalinks.

P.S.: I’m using WPML.

Hello, we launched an affiliate program for our products but it seems that the sales, referrals and conversions made by our partners/affiliates are not reflecting on their respective dashboards. Please we’d like to know if this is something we need to upgrade for or something we can fix in no time.

Hi, for some reason the “New Order Referral” email is not generated and I have it enabled in the settings. I also checked the logs in my SMTP plugin and I don’t see this email being logged. What could be the problem here? All other emails for the affiliate registration and approval, etc. are generated without any problem.

Hi guys, everything working fine for what I need, but the changes that I made in the configuration tab don’t auto save, for some reason. I saw in the footer of the page that mensage: “Enable legacy (bulk) saving for settings page.” But there is no checkbox where I can toggle it on. Probably a bug I saw in older Post.

We used to have data on the affiliates page but since the updates we no longer see any data

because we thinked about the possibility to “save” in some ways the orders history of an affiliate, we had this scenario:
– we renamed the standard woocommerce code in “OLD-codexx”
– we generated a new affiliate registration with code “codexx”
What we notice:
– woocommerce stored information correctly saying that yesterday we receive the new first order with “codexx”
– “OLD-codexx” maintain history of ordied ( g.a. 7 orders )
– affiliate dashboard readed all old 7 orders and them are visible to the affiliate
For us it could be interesting to have all the orders in the affiliate dashboard, but seems that the imported orders show the commission that we set in Coupon Affiliate and not the real one processed with the order, possible?
– for the moment we don’t see the new order in the affiliate dashboard but probably because the order never changed to “complete” ?

if a registered affiliate make an order using your own coupon when he is logged in on wp/ecommerce, it receive a discount; but at the same time earn something? Stupid question i know, it think that the answer is no. Where to check?

in the affiliate dashboard ( new user ), in Italian the field ” password ” and ” confirm passwrod ” are not translated at the same way.

Please, in Italian, they should be
“Crea password” and “Conferma password”
or
“Nuova password” and “Conferma password”

Why is the template coupon being applied as well as the affiliate coupon and it also can’t be removed.

I did a test registration. It created a coupon for the test affiliate based on the standard coupon for the program. But when I log in with the test affiliate credentials, I get a message “No coupon ID has been selected.” There is no place in the login to select anything. Just username and password. And the test affiliate DOES have a coupon. So why isn’t the login going to a dashboard for the user?

I don’t use reCAPTCHA on this site and I did some test registrations when I installed the plugin. Now I’m getting a reCAPTCHA warning in red and it appears to the user that the application is not being submitted.

But the registration went through for approval, even though the user application is still being blocked by reCAPTCHA.

How can I stop this?

after everything has been set up correctly for a customer. Unfortunately, I can’t get any further at one point.

The issue is that the open commissions can be changed to paid commissions.

We have used bank transfer and the customer then writes the credit notes for the customers with another programme and then wants to change the open commissions into paid commissions.

Can someone please help, I just can’t find where and how to do this.

At the moment we are on the 7 day test version with Pro Plan and would like to use the Pro version later.

In my use case, I would really like to be able to show the order address and/or phone number to the affiliate(who is acting more like a salesman) to be able to follow up and deliver purchased items in person. Is there anyway to do this?

I saw how in one area you mentioned that if a user is an admin, the Order ID is clickable in the recent orders tab (maybe allowing address to be seen) but I have not been able to replicate that clickable functionality.

Any other ideas? This plugin is a great fit for us otherwise!

We are using the free version of your module. We have an issue with the subtotal calculation for orders confirmed with cash on delivery. The cash on delivery payment includes a fee of €10 VAT included, but when a referral link or affiliate user code is used, the subtotal appears lower than it actually is. Here is an example:

Product cost is 379€ VAT INCLUDED (22%) + 10€ (VAT INCLUDED (22%) of COD Fee. Order Total 389€
The program is calculating the subtotal 376.88€.
Our code will give 10% discount to customers, 10% of commission to our affiliate and that is calculated correctly. See the line down below:

For some reason some of the orders with the coupon have disappeared and from 339,26 it went down to €188,28. The affiliate user is pretty upset and wants to have this cleared ASAP. How can we recover the lost data and why did it happen in the first place?

In the settings I chose to hide stats for non affiliate coupons. However, in each order that used a coupon, the custom fields still calculate the baseline comission. I want the wcusage_total_commission field to be 0 when the coupon is not an affiliate. Is there any way to do this in the free version or just with the pro version?
