The plugin is very useful but I want to report that the emails are not being sent. I’ve done many tests and the results are the same.

Scheduled Emails are shown with the correct template but they are never sent. They are marked “GREEN” and then they disappear after time to send is over …. Also no sent email show up in statistics.

– I created a coupon day 24 august to expire in 25 august. I defined to receive email 3h before to expire. I received email day 25 at midnight instead of 21h. Why?

The coupon emails reminders are not being sent. I don’t know what might causing this issue. I thought, maybe it would be great if I had an option to manually send the coupon reminder.

The “email templates” page is hidden by floated plugins part, so they cover each other and we can’t view the saved email.

While testing the plugin, an error occurs when scanning coupons.

Had the following procedure:

1. I created a letter template, but did not set a name for it.
2. I created a coupon with expiration date and user email.
3. The plugin has automatically created an email for this coupon in the ‘Scheduled email’ section.
4. When I used the ‘Scan coupons’ button, the plugin found another coupon (created earlier), but this time an error message was displayed in the ‘Email reminder name’ field:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach () in /home/users/.../wp-content/plugins/woo-coupon-reminder/admin/partials/woo-coupon-reminder-schedule.php on line 81

5. I added a name for the created email template, as a result, in the ‘Email reminder name’ section for the first coupon, this name began to be displayed, but the specified error is still displayed for the second coupon.

I can’t say yet if this affects the sending email for the second coupon.

I have the plugin installed on two website – dev version and product version. On first website plugin works fine – there I have a few coupons. On version officiall released when activating the plugin server stops responding. The server shows a huge amount SELECT. I have several thousands coupons there. Only plugin removal helps.

I have the lasted version od WP and WC installed.

Unfortunately I had to uninstall this plugin because it was causing problems on the DIVI theme.

hello i bought this plugin this afternoon
I have successfully installed and after installation
cannot click on the options available on the plugin. to install the content in the plugin

Installed, activated, and immediately this happened:

Error thrown
Class ‘WCE_CPT_Email_Reminder’ not found

Can’t access the admin or any page. I deleted the plugin using FTP, flushed the server cache and the issue remains.

Help!!
