We installed the Extra Fees plugin and had an issue with the PayPal plugin. DotStore support managed to figure out the problem and contact the PayPal plugin developers about errors they found in their code. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty! They also recommended another PayPal plugin that is compatible and I installed it and all is well. Thanks DotStore!

Hello, i set a taxable fee (fix) but doesnt calculate the tax for it.

We bought the paid version of the Fee plugin. Installed it and worked perfectly till a few months back. After weeks of sending an email, they finally fixed it. We ask them how and what we have to do by updates. Now we had an update of the plugin and the software is crashing again.
We had 3 times that our website was crashing because of a CPU of 300%. Contacted them again but they did not offer any good help. We already waiting again for 3 weeks.
So it's bad support when you paid. They are unable to deliver the right piece of software to solve the problem. And after that, if you respond they will not send any update back.

I have a product fee (empties) of 0,60 euro for each 6-pack, but I have to take the premium to be able to work with quantity (each 6-pack needs the fee), the price of the premium is a bit too high if you just need it for something this simple ??
