I have enabled only these two field.

1. billing_first_name
2. billing_last_name

But all field are displaying as is it..addres, postal code etc.

These are logged to wp-content\uploads\wc-logs and are not visible to customers, but some customers have complained that they cannot complete checkout. I do not know if this critical error is related to any checkout issues.

after upgrade to WordPress 6.5.2 the fields in not hidden.

even the settings i hide the sections and enable the option.

It seems not to work.

WooCommerce 8.7.0.

When trying to buy a digital/downloadable product there still are fields for address and they are not optional. Also the order notice appears.

The only thing that works is the “quick checkout”.

Any ideas?

I’m using this plugin along with Woo’s Name Your Price plugin to create a digital download for which payment is donation-based. If I enable the quick checkout options in this plugin, the Your Donation button must be clicked first before the Quick Checkout button can be clicked. If users click Quick Checkout without clicking the Your Donation button, the cart shows as empty. Is this a conflict with these plugins? Am I doing something wrong? I don’t want users to have to fill out the shipping info for a downloadable. I currently have the QUick Checkout button options disabled in the plugin, because folx couldn’t complete transactions. I had to deactivate the plugin as I found it was causing a 500 internal server error on the order received page, which caused the page to not load. Hopefully this will be fixed as I found the plugin to be very useful.

Plz update to support WooComemerce 8.5

I’m getting an error message from the Elastic Email Sender plugin stating that wp_mail has been declared by another plugin. The error goes away when I disable the Digital Goods for WooCommerce plugin.

It’s not just the Elastic Email Sender plugin, the Postmark plugin also won’t work while the Digital Goods for WooCommerce plugin is installed.

Their “solution” is to disable this plugin, which is NOT suitable for me.

Could the plugin please be fixed so that this conflict no longer occurs? It’s a bit weird that it’s happening at all, given that the plugin shouldn’t even be overriding or using email.

Thanks for this plugin, works well until now , But i am trying to hide the Add to cart button beside the express checkout button on product page , Dont want to show add to cart button option for virtuel products.

very nice for simple products, a mess for variable products: the quick checkout button is working for the NOT selected option instead the selected one and only if there is something else in the cart.
It is possible to disable it only for variable products? in the plugin settings the selection is fixed!

When I activate your plugin, my stock of goods (virtual) does not decrease by the number of units purchased after orders are completed. How to fix it?

Hi, When someone orders a download from our website, the order number is not shown in the payment as processed by Mollie. I think it has to do with the plugin translating the {order_id} to the dutch version {bestelnummer} which is a string and not a variable anymore.

In normal woocommerce payments this is going ok, it’s only with digital goods checkoout, I’d go and find it, but don’t know where to look as I recently migrated from joomla to WP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In my case the “Quick Checkout” button is below the “add to cart” button without any margin, so it sticks to it.

Can I edit the code to allow extra margin or line between the buttons?

When install first ask to install another plugin (upselling), I decline.
Error page showed plugin setting page cannot be accessed.

If you have FluentSMTP installed at the same time as “Digital Goods for WooCommerce Checkout” you get an error that looks like this:
Possible Conflict: /mnt/www/yoursite/wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php:182

To fix this, you need to go into the main woo-checkout-for-digital-goods.php file and comment out line 90:
// include ABSPATH . "wp-includes/pluggable.php";

If you do this, both plugins seem to continue to work.

Hi. Nothing major, but thought it might be worth pointing out. When I upgraded from 2.8 to 3.5.5, the button for enable / disable plugin within the plugin settings was defaulted to OFF. Luckily I test all plugin functionalities after any plugin updates, so I immediately spotted it wasn’t working and found the button in settings (and it now works again). Keep up the good work. I installed this plugin and got an error from Postman SMTP that the plugin couldn’t be used because: “Postman: wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won’t be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved.”

I disabled your plugin and the error disappeared. I’m not sure why your plugin would be causing a conflict with Postman SMTP or declaring wp_mail. But your plugin appeared to the source of the problem. I’d love to use it, but this conflict prevents me from doing so. Any idea why there might be an issue there?

I’ve installed this plugin and it works great, except that there are now automatically created user account for all new customers. I don’t want customers to be forced to create an account. At Woocommerce > Accounts I have checked “allow customers to place orders without an account”.

How can I solve this?

Site is set to not allow registrations… Digital Goods for WooCommerce Checkout plugin overrides Woocommerce settings and forces a customer account creation after checkout. Is there a way to turn that off?
