Hi, since the latest update anyone not logged into the website is now seeing an error message: “Permissions check failed” when a product variation is selected.

Do you know what the reason for this is?

I am unable to navigate to the cart page upon adding items, and the options fail to automatically select any product.

I’m using both the “Bought Together” and Polylang plugins to support multiple languages on the site. However, the “Bought Together” items aren’t switching languages when I change the site’s language. Could you advise on why this might be happening and suggest a solution?

Hi, in the version previous to the last update I was using the .woobt-wrap div to add padding and a border to keep things visually inline with the clients website. In the latest update .woobt-wrap is now applied to every product including those not using the plugin and I am left with an empty padded box with border everywhere.

Now I can no longer style the whole section. What do you suggest?

What is the reason to force the .woobt-wrap div onto every product page irrespective of whether it is using the function?

Hi, we run a whoelsale website where users have to be logged in to view prices and purchase etc.

Could you advise on how we would hide the prices from bought together if user is not logged in.

And also, the bought together prices automatically appear in Google search listings, how do we disable this?

After last update 7.4.0 I encountered a fatal error with the WPCleverWoobt::add_to_cart_validation() function in the woo-bought-together plugin when adding products to the cart via AJAX. The error is due to an argument count mismatch; the function expects 4 arguments, but only 3 are passed in the AJAX context. Here’s the specific error message:

Clicking on Add to Cart results in the Critical Error message after the latest update. As per the logs, the latest update has an issue. We have rolled back to the previous version and it’s all working.

I am using the plugin on my webshop, but the discount i set on the bundled products isn’t being used. It is not being showed on the product page, and not on the cart/checkout page either. See my settings for the “Bought together” on the product here: https://i.imgur.com/zNBBBfe.png

The discount is not being shown on the bundled products (only the 10% i have on honing rod and plastic sheath, that is set on their individual product pages).
And if i add it to cart, the 82% price isnt being shown on the cart or checkout page either.

Can you please help me see what is going wrong?
Best case would be that it would show the 82% price on the bundled products, and not the normal saleprice, so bundled discount would overwrite my normal saleprice.

Hi, the shopping cart shows the bundled main product first, then all the products. Is it possible to not list the main product on top?

CSS is not suitable because it does not remove this text in other plugins. For example, in the plugin for generating PDF invoices.

We are using this lovely plugin but we have an issue where a customer can apply a coupon on top of the already discounted bundles within cart/checkout. We don’t want this.

Can you help us with making it so customers cannot apply a coupon if a FBT discounted bundle is in the cart?

Any way to pull data from WooCommerce of customers who have purchased bought together items using the plugin? The items are marked as “Bought Together” in the cart and invoice. Maybe we can pull that data into a report?

Firstly, this is a very good plugin – well done.

My question is simple: How do I customise the discounted price for the related products?

Example:

• I have a main product with 4 related products (product A, product B, product C, product D).
• By default, all 4 related products receive the discount specified in the “Settings -> Default products -> New price” area. Let’s say it’s set to 95%, meaning the customer gets a 5% discount on any of the related products (A, B, C or D).
• However, I want product B to have a 40% discount (new price = 60%) and product C to have a 55% discount (new price = 45%), and the remaining products A and D to be offered at the default 5% discount.

Maybe it’s possible using the free version or maybe using the pro version, I’m not sure and in either case it’s not really clear. Maybe it’s just not possible. Can you please advise?

I noticed that the variation options on my website are on the bottom in the product page. I tried changing it in the plugin settings “Position” tab to have it “Above add to cart button”, but I cannot seem to change its position. I want to move the variation above the frequently bought together element, since a customer should firstly select the variation for the product and only then have the option to choose an additional product.

Looks like the mobile CSS styling is messed up from version 7.1.3 (working) and miss aligned in 7.1.5 and 7.1.6.

We had complex WPC Frequently Bought Together Options enabled across MANY of our free-standing rack products (to promote buying anchors to the site).

We didn’t even realize for a while now that they are suddenly gone. Not sure if it was an update that caused this or what, but before we go through the process of adding these back in individually, we are hopeful this information is still in the database somewhere and a quick fix will bring them back.

I’ve created a bundle and it’s working well, however when the bundled items are selected, the Additional Price and Total Price (ex VAT) are correct, but the inc. VAT prices are incorrect (it shows the original main product’s inc VAT price in every position).
Any ideas how to solve this? is there a setting I’ve missed, or is it a bug?

I just noticed when I create a bundled product (Smart Bundle) with individual products, the bundle(s) associated are now showing on the individual “Simple Product” pages. That doesn’t seem correct. I don’t want bundles showing on individual “Simple Products”.

Hi, The latest update messed up the hide “This item” features. It no longer works even if you have disabled the “Separate buttons” option. Tried everything, nothing works. So I had to revert back. Please fix this.
