I set up 2 products to show on FBT. However, there’s a 3rd showing up that has no relationship with the current product. Why is this product coming up and how to hide it? Is it possible to limit the total number of products to display? Ideally, I want only the products I have selected to show on FBT.
The other question is, is it possible to show a discount if a customer buy on FBT? So the price would show a special discount, only if they buy the current product and the FBT in the same basket. Please note that I can easily set a conditional coupon that offers the discount if certain products are combined in a basket. What I’m looking for here, is to advertise the promotion i.e. show the special discount % on the FBT section.

After that I installed and activated the plugin. I have the PRO version so this is supposed to work but the popup is not coming up after I add item to cart.

]]>Hi, @julianvu I’ve installed it and configured it, but the popup is not coming and it’s giving us a Black page which also can not be disabled! This means users not able to do anything even refresh is not working.
We think that it might be because of JS, but not sure.
We are using WP 5.3 and Fast Velocity Minify plugin. Should we exclude the JS files from being cached?
Can this be because the plugin is not tested with WP 5.3 yet?

I would like to purchase the pro version but have downloaded the free version first to see if it will work on my site.
I downloaded the free one to check if it will work as I already use VillaTheme Multi Currency plugin to display prices in NZD, AUD and USD and want to make sure that my upsells are displayed in the same currency as the one that customers are viewing the store in.
However I’ve gone in to create up sell / cross sell offers, and I can only select individual products as my upsell offer. What I want to do is if people add a product to their cart, display the upsell offer where there is a ‘bundled’ product (already created on my site) that they get offered instead. Right now each product can be bought individually or cheaper / for free as part of these bundles. So I want to be able to say ‘Did you know you can get the Thoroughly Gentle Cleanser for FREE if you purchase the Radiant Skin Pack!”

Does the plugin work only from the /shop/[product] page? Any other place I’m adding a product in the cart from (say, a product grid on the Home Page) doesn’t make the popup show.

I am trying out the free version for now, if it works I will probably buy the premium. However I enabled upsell and cross sell but nothing happens?
I even disabled all other plugins to troubleshoot and changed theme to Storefront and the Twenty nineteen, but after I click ad to cart, the upsells do not show up?
I need to use it with the OceanWP theme ( has its own flyout cart ) + Elementor pagebuilder. Are they incompatible?
Can you help me out? Can it show it in Dutch language in the shop for the clients?

I have purchased the pluginn boost sales. Some functions are not longer working, like the variation dropdown in the pop up. A time age I had to insert js code to make this work.
But it failed to work now. I thought maybe an update will help.
In the pluginn panel I see there is an update, but when I click update nothing is happening. I dont know how to update the pluginn!
