Hi, I love this plugin. It is such an important part of my business’ day to day. Unfortunately, it stopped working correctly. It no longer imports the eBay category, the item specifics, and it does not add tags even though when importing, they are selected to import.

I have searched the web, and sent an email requesting support as I have the paid version of the plugin but have not heard back. Everything on the site is up to date. I have no other ideas to try.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Not Able to import the product Reviews showing error

Hi, thank you for the awesome importer. We found it two weeks ago on 4/17/2024 and immediately signed up. It is exactly what we have been looking for to import our own products to Woo, and is now a must have for us.

At the time we signed up, I could not find the companion plugin for WP and the Chrome extension alone worked ok.

We moved to a new host and now the extension stopped creating products. It will import the images and nothing else on new products.

However, previously imported products will create a duplicate product if imported again.

All the requirements are met on the server, there is no security issue. We have gone over every possible issue with the hosting team but still nothing makes a difference.

I have since installed the plugin in hope it would fix it but no change. It imports images but nothing else. The error we get when we try to import is “There has been a critical error…”

This should not happen since we have all required resources according to your help files. It never happened before either.

Iconv, Dom and Curl are all enabled.

The shop and Chrome extension are connected, it looks fine, just checked.

The API key is correct.

We have tried everything we could think of to make it work again but nothing has worked out.

We do hope someone from the team will reply with help. This is an amazing tool.

When I click on AliExpress Import……..theirs usd, eur, gbp, jpy, cny, inr, cad, aud, chf, sgd

but no nzd (New Zealand Dollar)…….this means anyone looking at a product will see ie $50 dollars………I know that’s in american (although woocommerce has default nzd as the currency)……but customers don’t.

What’s the fix please?

I noticed that the price of an eBay product imported into my store had increased by about $8.50.? I clicked on the “Update Product Stock and Price” button and noticed that the Regular price is?LESS?than the Sale price.

Normally when you update the price manually and the regular price is less than the sale price, you get an error message. Why is it when you update the prices using Woocommerce plugin, it allows something that it should not?

I am trying to test the new version but the Chrome extension requires an Activation Code? How can I get one without first having to pay for it?

I have been trying to feed the products directly into my shop using the plugin, but it keeps saying there is an API call error:

“Error during eBay api call, please contact [email protected] subject: eBay Api call failed”

Will this plugin work for other dropshipping companies and will it use image url instead of the actual images so I do not have to save all of them on my website?

It seems developers has abandonned this plugin, 2 months ago i got sending emails but not answer from them and no updates.

Hi! Three months ago, I purchased the Wooshark plugin & its Chrome Extension and was easily able to import products from Amazon and eBay to my website via WooCommerce. However, since last week, I am no longer able to upload any product from Amazon or eBay to my website (www.shopping.tennis). When I try to do so, I get a pop-up message in the top left corner of my screen saying the following: “MOVED PERMANENTLY. I am very interested in your product. However, I do not understand how could dropshiping from Amazon work? The buyer will be receiving an Amazon branded box and will know the source of product. Moreover, once the customer finds out about the marked up prices and actual price on Amazon, this may cause a lot of returns and dissatisfied customers.

What has been your rationale from developing this plugin and how can I effectively put it to use?

I have been trying to set this up on my site, but when I try to connect the store, it gives me “Error establishing connection to host” while using the actual link from the url bar and even tried with the settings url my site is on. (subdomain)

In your tutorial site on the video, you are on a direct IP but put in the wooproductimporter.fr link in. Confusing.
I really want to test it before I buy it ??

2- Make a robust implantation. Check for commercial alternative and copy their features.

I bought the plugin but it doesn’t show up in my wp products after selecting import from aliexpress. In addition the import takes a long time. I would like a refund for this.

It is very easy to import products from Amazon with this tool but there is an issue affecting the transfer of images in certain cases. My main concern is that I also believe that there is a problem when updating prices and stock check. Can you clarify if you are aware of the last issue? Is this something you are planning to fix?

Bought the plugin/extension a couple days ago and it stopped importing essential data/information (i.e. images, descriptions and product details). As if it doesnt recognize it.

In addition when it importing comments it often times sends me to comments of other products.

This is going to have to get corrected FAST or I’ll request a refund for the extension and go with one that I found on Codecanyon.net
