First of all, thank you for a good plugin.
The only issue that I have is that WooCommerce doesn’t “like” the plugin:
“1 Incompatible plugin detected (Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce – A simple yet complete woocommerce dynamic pricing plugin)”
The plugin keeps WooCommerce in the legacy mode. Looks like it’s not compatible with a new, “High-perfomance order storage” mode, which is recommened by WooCommerce.
Hope it’s fixable. Please lease me know if any logs/screenshots can help.

I had an issue where the ajax call was taking > 7seconds on my webshop.
I contacted customer support and their team was able to host a meeting with me and find the fix in the “class-wad-discount.php” file.

Most complete discount plugin I found on the market, their free tier is unbelievable !
We had an issue with a specific payment gateway, the support team was super quick to answer and sent us a patch in 2 days, thanks again guys !

The plugin is too complicated, and unfortunately did not have the functionality that we needed.
This may happen of course, but then we had to contact customer service for a refund (within 10 days after downloading). That is where things started to become horrible.
They refused to give any refunds, stating that we have misread the product’s scope. Given that our requirement was very specific it was hard to distill from the plugin’s website whether it was in scope. Usually there is some leeway to try to implement the plugin, and if it does not work out a refund is given.
This is by far the worst support I have ever seen from a plugin customer service. My suggestion is to not start with a PRO version, because if it does not work out well they force you to stick with the costs.

Among many plugins of this kind I tested in order to get one doing its most basic job (discount based on user-role), this is the only one really working in its basic (free) version. At first, make it working looks a little complicated, but you are guided in doing that by the setting flow itself. I repeat myself: if you are looking for a free plugin to make your WooCommerce store offering discounts to registered users (based on their roles), this is the only one you should invest your time in make it working, and it does work!

j’ai acheté la version PRO et elle marche une fois sur deux
à savoir que vous avez beau la paramétrer comme il faut rien ne fonctionne
ne c’est pas stable et vous ne pourrez pas compter dessus pour appliquer vos fonctions
le support répond vite mais à c?té de la plaque et cerise sur la gateau :
ATTENTION: le paiement via Paypal est un abonnement qui se renouvelle automatiquement toutes les années même si vous avez supprimé le plugin de votre site !!! je boss sur 20 sites à la fois et je n’ai jamais vu ce système d’arnaque avec aucun autre plugin pro
j’ai donc contacté le support car ce genre de litige avec une bo?te sérieuse se solde en 2 e-mails avec remboursement

c’est totalement de l’arnaque car en 2021 ces techniques agressives de vente ne sont plus tolérables et doivent être dénoncées

I use this plug-in on several sites and have always been satisfied with the product. On the most recent site we required a more complex set-up with a bulk discount for variable products and the support helped us out at every step of the way to make sure everything works as we needed it to.

Testing various plugins for price discounts. Wasted more than enough time before I found out that even though I was able to set the quantity discount on a variable product it was never applied properly because it is only available in the Pro version!

The plugins works great. I had an issue moving to a new theme and their support worked with me to address the issues. Highly recommend it for Quantity Based Pricing. I looked around at other plugins and the back-end of this one is at the top. It allows for the pricing edits directly on the product page, which I did not find elsewhere. Thanks!

At first we were going to replace the plugin as it had a bug and discounts were not showing up properly. But we got into contact with the technical support and they were very helpful and fixed it!
