I have sent a couple of support requests via Orion site, but for a couple of days yet, no response.
Mu Orion account states that I have a valid license key for “Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce”, until November 2024, but the plugin states since 2 days that I need to activiate the license key. Did not change anything, and customers who want to order wrote an email “Can’t get any discount”.
No response from the Orion team for 2 days already.
]]>Hey there, I am creating a new discounts but the start and end dates are not saving in the discount. We are using Australian date/times, i.e 24/05/2024 17:00 – I have tired entering 2024/05/24 17:00 but the calendar reverts to the server time/date format.
I can save the discount, but the start/end dates are blank and the sale doesn’t appear to be applying.
Is there a workaround for this issue? I have searched the forum but can’t se any related posts.
Thank you!
]]>Hi,
We want to use your plugin in combination with the plugin Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce. But when we activate this plugin, the discount from your plugin are not used inside of the website.
Is there any way we can use both plugins?
]]>Hello,
I’m trying to set a bulk discount on my site(with the oceanWP theme).
I could set the discount like this.
The conditions are different discount amounts based on the item quantity: (3~5 / 6~9 / 10~14 / 15~)
And when I add some of the discountable amounts from the product detail page, it works fine.
However, if I change the quantity on the cart page, it doesn’t reflect the changed discount condition.
Please advise how to approach to solve this issue.
Thanks,
P.s. And is there a shortcode or any method to show the discount condition on the product detail page?
Hi,
When I use the plugin everything works correctly on the front of the site, but if I create an order myself in the back office the discounts do not apply.
Is there a solution to make this also work on an order created in the back office?
]]>Hi!
I have a problem with the discounts. On PC the discounts are fine. On mobile at the shop page the discounts are shown correctly but when I am in a product page I see the price without the discount.
The versions of wordpress, theme and woocommerce and the plugin are the latest.
WordPress: 6.4.3
Theme: Avada 7.11.6
Woocommerce: 8.6.1
Hi,
Since the last WooCommerce/Wordpress update I’m having the following error when applying the discounts: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, null given
in?/home/phytogenmf/www/wp-content/plugins/woo-advanced-discounts/includes/class-wad-discount.php?on line?546
Could you help me to solve it? It’s a little bit urgent as most of the purchases on my website are done with a discount based on units.
Thank you very much.
]]>I have the latest WooCommerce, WordPress and plugin installed.
Cart and Checkout pages show the discount without a problem.
When I process the order (checkout), the confirmation price shows the original cost of the product, without the quantity discount.
The email sent to the admin and customer is the full rate.
Same is true in WooCommerce Order for admins – it shows the full rate, not the discounted rate.
WordPress 6.4.3
Theme: Storefront (2.0)
WooCommerce 8.6.1
Conditional Discounts plugin: 2.32.1
Elementor: 3.19.2
Elementor Pro: 3.19.2
Tested disabling Elementor, Elementor Pro and using 2024 theme – same results.
Hi,
In 2.31.6, ‘class-wad-admin.php’ is referencing two files, ‘css/wad-select2.css’ and ‘js/wad-select2.js’.
This files are missing from the package. The plugin throws errors when entering the “New discount page”:
TypeError: $(…).select2 is not a function
at HTMLDocument. (wad-admin.js?ver=2.31.6:56:45)
As a result, I can’t add new rules to a new discount, and can’t really use the plugin.

]]>hello there.
is your plugin is compatible with Dokan multi-vendor plugin?
]]>I have just installed your plugin on a staging website and it’s a great addition to my website. I was wondering if the plugin has the functionality for a prompt or pop up to appear that encourages people to purchase more so they reach the discount value? If your plugin doesn’t do it, is there another that works in conjunction with it that would add this functionality? Thanks in advance for your help.

The price of my product is 34.90 and the discount is 30%. However, the discount is being calculated from the price including VAT, resulting in a loss of more than 2 €. How can I resolve this issue? I had to de-activate the plugin because its css made the follow and social icon from flatsome theme to disappear except at hover. Not only on the product page but in the footer, in blog article, everywhere I put a social or follow icon, it can’t be seen unless I deactivate your plugin. Can you tell me how to correct the problem. You might need me to re-activate plugin so you can check, if so please tell me
]]>Hi Author,
I have a problem where the price doesn’t show up on my wishlist page (built by : YITH WooCommerce Wishlist) plugin.
It works good everywhere on the site (cart, product page, etc), except that wishlist page.
I tried to debug myself, but not able to find any fix.
This for example:
I set a 10% discount for product named Hoodie. it works good in my category page: image link
But on wishlist page, it shows no discount. image link
I tried to deactivate my custom wishlist template as well. but it still doesn’t work. image link
Please do help me with this one.
I look forward to hearing back. Many thanks!
The tax computation for cart discount does not apply to the discount : Accounting gets wrong, invoices are illegal.
You should at least give the possibility to select a fixed taxe rate for the discount. (more sophisticated rules might apply)

Hi,
I saw the other post about fatal errors with PHP 8+ and we’re still getting a fatal error.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: array_map(): Argument #2 ($array) must be of type array, null given in /home/yarnaram/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-advanced-discounts/includes/class-wad-discount.php:1389
We’ve had to return to PHP 7.4 to get the discounts to work.
Please can you let us know what we can do about this or will another update be released to deal with this?
Thanks,
Karen
