]]>Good afternoon, I have the paid version and I would like to customize the plugin, because the fixed amount is not taxable and I wanted it to be, I already sent an email and they do not respond, please, I would like help. It’s very important, I already have customers paying the wrong amount because it doesn’t calculate VAT.
]]>Hi There.
Tried your woo-additional-fees-on-checkout-wordpress as I am thinking of buying the premium version, works great, two problems though:
1. Auto-checked/Auto-applied the fees – Enabled, but still have to tick it when checking out. Is this a bug or is this option only working in premium version?
2. When checking out, and ticking the additional fees box, the additional fees shows 0.00, but in the total, you can see that the fees have been added, and when completing order, you can see it being calculated and added correctly on the invoice. Is this a bug, how can I fix it to show the additional fees not as 0.00 but as the correct 2% I indicated
Bonjour,
Bien cordialement

]]>I have purchased your premium version, but having a problem. (Tried to contact you via your contact form, but the form is broken)
The 1st Additional fee is charging the correct amount ($2.95 fixed), but additional fixed options are charging a percent. Can you help?
]]>Hi,
We need the additional fee to be taxable. Right now, the fee is not taxed ( or it doesn’t look like it), but we need it to be so. How do we enable this?
Thank you.
]]>Hi
Can you tell me if this will work with Woosubscriptions?
We need it to add a fee for each subscription renewal, not just the first payment.
Your help would be appreciated
Thanks

Hi!
Can I add additional fee per ticket in order to cover payment gateway processing fee, service and to receive a commission fee?
Commission example: Ability to create an option to select a ticket fee to be fixed or to be based on a percentage of the original price.
Do I have the capability to give the option to the event organizer to set between to absorb the service fees or pass it on the attendees?
Like Eventbrite:
Below the Ticket description and Sales channel options, you’ll see a drop-down menu to set who pays the fees for the ticket type.
By default, “Pass fees” on is selected and means fees will be added to the ticket price (paid by the attendee). With this option, the event organizer receives the full price of each ticket.
If you choose “Absorb fees,” the attendee pays just the price of the ticket and the fees are deducted from the price you set. With this option, the event organizer receives the price of each ticket minus the fees.
Ps: if the organizer chooses to pass on the fee, this fee should be visible on the cart (not hidden).
