Is it possible to add a checkbox in the cart page so users can say if they want this fee or not? I am trying to implement an insurance fee but it is optional!

I see a similar ticket raised 5 years ago, which stated this will be released in future releases.
]]>Hello is there a way to have the additional fee as a fee per item?
We are using it as a delivery and installation fee, but we have different fees per type of item.
Is this possible with this plugin?

I would like to move the “Custom Fee” result before delivery.

]]>Hi,
I have come across a flaw wherein after the payment fails, the checkout page is shown but cash on delivery charge doesn’t show up even after changing methods. I’m using Flatsome and WooCommerce. It cost me major losses as it just doesn’t update even on changing methods unlike the main checkout page. (It changes here on selection).
If you add any product to cart and paying via online payment method, cancel the transaction and then once you’re redirected you’ll be able to see no COD charges are being applied.
Could you check it?
]]>Hello,
Could be possible to select certain user roles to apply fees. ie. I have a wholesale user role to what I need to set a minimum order total, if not met we need to apply a fee. For customer user role, no apply that fee.

]]>In the plugin settings we have chosen a specific tax class to be used for the custom fee, but the plugin instead uses the “standard class”, and completely disregards the chosen class.
What to do?
]]>I’m using this plugin in combination with WC One Page Checkout and YITH Deposits and Down Payment.
It seems that the Added Custom Fee is added twice in the calculation causing the Total to be inflated by $85, which doesn’t seem right. You can see a screenshot of it here: https://sfgardenshowcart.com/wp-content/uploads/twice-added.jpg
Any solution?
]]>Hi there. I have a question for your team.
I am using a vendors plugin that splits my orders by vendor, which is great for what I need. Every vendor receives an email according to their products sold, this email comes from this plugin that splits my orders and not from WooCommerce, so they use a different email template.
My question is if I use your plugin, I would need to include your fee on this email template. Can you help me with it???
Thanks for your time!
]]>We have a problem with custom fee not being taxed, even though it is marked as taxable and with the appropriate tax class. The fee is shown AND taxed properly in checkout, but on the backend order page the fee is not displayed as taxed. Also when we try to manually update the prices and therefore also the taxes, the fee is not affected.
The problem also causes new orders to default to the status “awaiting payment”, meaning that we have to manually set them to “in progress”, causing the customer to not receive the order confirmation email until we do so.
This problem also causes the e-mail to the customer (order received) showing the wrong total sum including taxes, since the fee is not taxed properly.
We run version 1.5 of this plugin, worpress version 5.1.1 and woocommerce 3.5.8.
Hope you can help us out!
]]>The next one is the answer to a question made by one of your users 2 years ago.
Today, 2019, have you created the % fee for your plug-in???
User:
“Is there an option for a cart % vs flat fee?”
Support:
“We were off due Holidays. Percentage option is not available in current version. Will add this feature in next release.
Thanks!”

Please help. Thank you!
]]>Hi is there a way to have the additional fee as a fee per item.
We are using it as an refundable surcharge for the item, but it only adds one surcharge even if the customer orders 2 items.
I need to so if the customer orders 2 calipers , 2 surcharges are charged
Is this possible with this plugin ?

Hello,
I have a minimum threshold of $14.99. I am using woocommerce subscriptions but when I subscribe to a package for $9.99 the custom add-on fee still is showing up for some reason. I only want the feel to show if the total price is $14.99 or more.. Is there something wrong with the plugin setup?
]]>Hello,
How does this plugin add custom fees? Is it just adding fees as WooCommerce taxes?
Thanks!
]]>the plugin is good but no matter what i put as minimum cart amount, the fee always shows. How can this be fixed to so fee is removed when cart total is $75.00 +.
