I am facing an issue with 2Checkout integration on my website. When a user adds a product to the cart and proceeds to payment via 2Checkout, the checkout page displays an “Empty Cart” message.
Here are the details:
- The product is successfully added to the cart.
- Clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button redirects to 2Checkout.
- However, the 2Checkout checkout page shows “Empty Cart”, and the payment cannot be completed.
- I have tried clearing the cache and testing in incognito mode, but the issue persists.

My concern is that when a buyer clicks on any package table, they should be directed to a page where the customer can submit their citation details, such as business name, address, description, website URL, photos, and logo. Additionally, there will be a dropdown for the client to select a package, and its price should be displayed in the payment section. For example, if they select the $5 package, it should show the price; if they select the $30 package, that price should appear.

When I create a user who is not an administrator, the site does not work, it does not load, it shows an error, here I leave the error log. The same thing happens when the worpdress is multisite

I am facing an issue at checkout. When clicking on “Continue to Paypal” after selecting the option PayPal, its redirect to the PayPal page. Here my customers don’t get the option of “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” for checkout as guests without signing in to a PayPal account.
I contacted to 2CO team. They asked me that option should show on the PayPal page for checkout as a guest.
Please help me on this matter. My customers leave the checkout due to the non-availability of Visa or Master cards options.

Installed the plugin and connected it with my 2chechout account. But when a customer made a purchase and its status became Finished in 2chechout system, the status of order in shop sets to On hold, not to Completed.
What should I do to automate status changing to Completed after successful payment?
