The Wikipedia preview plugin is invaluable for anyone wanting to add a genuine, independent extra source to their information posts. I look forward to future enhancements.

Endless nagging!!! Let a user rate it when they ready!!!
And more nagging … inasne! One way to make a user hate your plugin!
Day 3 and the nagging continues!! It’s insane!! Even after leaving 3 reviews, the nag screen continues day after day, numerous times a day!
Only way to get rifd of it is UNINSTALL!!!
I wish I could give less than one star!!
Over a week later and this crap excuse for a plugin continies to nag no matter how many times one reviews.
UNINSTALL

Some of the excerpts are too brief to be helpful.

My site is a travel blog, so there are lots of place names. It only takes a moment to link those to the corresponding Wikipedia entries; the plugin does all the rest of the work automatically. It saves a lot of trouble.
The user experience for readers is equally excellent — all they have to do is hover over a link, and they’ll get an abstract of the Wikipedia entry. That usually includes a thumbnail image or map, and even if it doesn’t readers know that they can click through for more information.

Nagging banner is annoying, but otherwise it is perfect.

I use a lot of Wikipedia links in my blog posts. This plugin gives a very professional feel to those posts.

Pity though for the “rate this plugin” that keeps nagging indefinitely.

Textbook implementation. Also, this is just a fun way to add more interactivity to your blog, plus possibly learn something new.

Simple and useful, as the best computer programs must be.

Some of the excerpts are a bit short to be useful, but hopefully will improve over time.

Love it, works great. Could just wish it were maybe a little less sensitive to hovering, etc., a smidge, and the signal (blue) in the text that the word can be looked up on Wikipedia could be a bit more subtle, because it sort of messes a bit with the “smooth” look we are going for on the site. But overall, LOVE. so extremely useful!

I often don’t feel like clicking a link. I love how on wikipedia I can preview and either be satisfied with knowing a little or have my curiosity tickled to click to the page anyway.
Sometimes we need a little preview and now we can have those previews on our sites.
Info at our finger clicks. I love it

Depuis que je test cette option permettant l’affichage d’extrait de Wikipédia je n’ai rencontré aucun problème.
Mon avis : à tester.
