]]>Hello I’m using since a couple of year the PRO version and all was working fine.
Since a couple of time now, when i’m trying to choose the widget that create via the button from the visual editor (stil using the old one from WP and no Gutenberg) the windows popup “Insert Turbo bar” is open but in the choice Turbo Sidebar, I have no bar to choose.
When i’m checking un data base via Admin Tubo bars, I can see my list.
Tried on several browser (FF, IE, Chrome) with no adblocks…

Looks like it’s an upstream issue in the Freemius library. The bundled version is 2.4.2, and upstream there’s a 2.5.7 available. Looking through some issues, it seems like these deprecations were resolved. Would love to see that merged in to quiet the noise.

]]>If I bulk deactivate all plugins then reactivate them all, even though the plugin is active again and all functioning, I get this message in dashboard:

If I click on it I get an email with an activation button, even though it is already active.
Is there any reason for this message as it seems irrelevant and confusing as it just continues to work after deactivating and reactivating as you would expect.

So.. let me explain.
I currently am leveraging the widgets on pages plugin to display a menu on a page. I’ve got unique menus displaying on unique pages…
I noticed that after I surpassed the threshold of 100 Turbo Sidebars… one of the Turbo Sidebar widget areas would disapear in the ../widgets.php and the actual widget that was there would be booted into the left side under “unused widgets”.
After a lot of testing – I’m guessing this is due to some limit in the code.
It’s been a long while since I’ve done any PHP coding regularly, but this is my first guess:

I get it – having menus everywhere as a widget on hundreds of pages is not speedy, but it’s what the customers like to look at… Is there any way we can get this bug on the 100 limit fixed in an upcoming release?

Hello, when using the widget “Widgets on Page” I can create a text rubric. The text is also displayed and it generally works. But every heading starts with a period. Here’s an example: “.That’s a headline” I need it in this version: “That′s a headline” Does anyone have a solution? It’s kind of like a bulleted list. I just want a text WITHOUT a period. Thanks!

I’ve been using turbo sidebars inside my pages, with html content inside.
It’s been a while since I’ve gone into the dashboard of my site – and I did update some plugins – but when I went into the widgets section, it looks different to how I remember, and some of my widgets either appear empty, or when I expand them I get a message saying ‘Request-URI too long – the requested URLs length exceeds the capacity limit for this server’. The weird thing is that others that were set up in the same way are still there.
There were also some messages like this (one example):
“The custom_html block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.”
Losing them would be huge, so I’m hoping someone will be able to identify the problem and suggest a way to fix it. Hoping that they haven’t just ‘gone’ ??

]]>I have just accidentally deleted a widget area that I created with Widgets on Pages
The widget was used on a lot of pages, which now just show a broken short code.
I have recreated the widget area, and the widgets in it, but the new widget area has a new ID, so I guess I have to find all instances of this short code and change it accross my site. This is very frustrating!
I think it would be worth having a 2-step deletion process when it comes to deleting widget areas to avoid this – ie click to delete widget area, then click to confirm deletion.
(I would also love a 2 step deletion process for individual widgets (but that is a separate issue!)
Ay thoughts would be great – maybe this would be a useful feature to add…

I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me. I just got my site backup after a week of trouble from the service provider who moved it to a new server!! I don’t need another problem right now. I set up my wordpress site (lemonstograpes.com) alone and do not have a developer. I set it up over 2 years ago, so I can hardly remember what I am using Widgets on Pages for!!
