Hello.
Is that compatible with Seraphinite cache plugin for Automatic cache clearing ?
]]>Hello there, all security systems tell to uninstall your plugin because it not tested up the last version of wordpress and there is no update since more one year.

]]>Hi,
your plugin works really fine, but I have an issue using it with WPML.
I have the option to select betteen: all languages / language 1 / language 2.
If I select all, it works fine. But when I select one of the languages, it works in that one, but in the other one the site brokes and I see this error:
Argument 1 passed to Hinjiwvts_Public::filter_widget() must be of the type array, bool given, called in /var/www/vhosts/***domain***/httpdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 309
We are running 5.3.13 version, in php 7.4.27
Thanks for your help.
]]>Hello,
After updating the Widget Visibility Time Scheduler to 5.3.12 I the website went down and I received this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘;’ or ‘{‘ in /home2/arcadiay/public_html/wp-content/plugins/widget-visibility-time-scheduler/includes/class-Hinjiwvts.php on line 171.
Once the Plug-In was deactivated, the website came back up.
We deleted the plug-in and reinstalled it,but get the same error when trying to activate it.
We are running older versions of PHP (5.6) and WP (5.4.9) due to the Theme being used not supporting anything higher. According to the details on the Plug-In page these versions seem to be supported.
This is volunteer organization and upgrading the site will take a while, is there a workaround in order to keep using the plug in?
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
Can you remove the year? So you have widgets show every month, year after year?
]]>‘ve been using Widget Visibility Time Scheduler Pro without issues but I had other, unrelated theme-driven isues after upgrading to WordPress 5.7 but upon troubleshooting, I discovered the widget scheduler wasn’t working the same and come to find out the plugin is taken over by another company.
After searching the Plugins the only results for Widget Visibility Time Scheduler Pro was for Widget Visibility Time Scheduler by this company, Kybernetik. I tried both Plugins and neither them are working anymore.
I have a live streaming page I want to only show from 8:30am to 4:30pm 7 days a week and not have to worry about viewers cache to remain on after the scheduled time. Does this work for that and if so, how exactly would I go about getting working again?
]]>I have it all setup and it was supposed to be showing the widget from 8:30am to 4:35pm central standard time and if you go to the link now you wont see what is supposed to be there which is a live stream but if you kept the page up before 4:35pm it is still going without the plugin to hide it after the 4:35pm scheduled time. Why isnt it working?
]]>Hi,
Best wishes for 2021!
We love your plugin, it works perfectly in the widget area of WordPress.
However on our website it does not seem to work in Elementor, it looses all the settings after saving the page.
Can you help us with this?
If you need admin credentials or print screens, please let me know and I will send by email.
Thank you ??

]]>Hi Martin,
I’d like to volunteer to translate Time Scheduler into Catalan, my native language.
I know I can do this with the WordPress Translation Editor, but it is too slow, I don’t like it. If you don’t mind, I prefer to work directly with the PO file. If you send me the latest .po files, I can finish this up before the end of the week.
I will just ask you to include me in the credits with a link to my website https://www.ibidemgroup.com
Is this ok with you?
Bets regards,

It’s possible to do it with your plugin?

How to set up the configuration of the plugin on the new WordPress?

Hi,
I just installed this plugin at my site, but I realized that it’s only for widgets and not for posts.
Is there another plugin which can do this but for posts? I mean, change the visibility of a post (from password protected to private, or public to private, for example) at a scheduled time? I want to make public a post for 30 days and then make it private.
I dindn’t know where to post this, but if you can help me I’ll be very thankful ??
Regards.
]]>Hello,
I have read in this support thread (Multisite + Page Builder by SiteOrigin + your plugin) that Widget Visibility Time Scheduler does not work with SiteOrigin Page Builder.
The problem is, the scheduling fields appear when editing widgets in SiteOrigin Page Builder context.
Would it be possible to hide them in that context ?
In the meantime, I created a quick css patch to hide them:
.so-panels-dialog-wrapper .wvtsp-container {
display: none;
}
Feel free to use it.
Regards.
]]>Hi,
I’m using the pro version of the plugin and I want to edit the visibility options of a widget through a function. How can I achieve this?

Hello,
I tested that the WP function is_active_sidebar() return true also if all of the widgets have a past end date schedule.
How to hide the sidebar if has no widget with active schedule?
]]>Hi,
I have setup the widget as described, but it shows all the widgets (3 text widget setup morning/afternoon/evening) all the time.
Double checked everything is ok with settings and it looks fine.
Any ideas please?

]]>Hi,
im a big fan of your plugin, but it has stopped working for me maybe one or two months ago.
When I look into my widgets in Design > Widgets, I still see the button where I could open the planing-view. But the button doesn’t do anything. It just jumps to the top of the page.
When I looked into the code, the button just says href=’#”
Is that correct or is there a problem with my installation?
I even purchased the pro version of this but sadly it doesn’t work with my site either.
I would be grateful for some help.
Thank you and best wishes,
Melanie
If I use Appearance > Widgets the plugin works normally & everything saves/stores my changes correctly.
However, when we dive into Page Builder (by SiteOrigin) Widgets, build our page out & try to schedule those widgets via the Page Builder, immediately upon “saving/updating” the page everything is reset & the scheduled choices aren’t saved.
Any idea why this would be buggy under the page builder & how/if we can fix it?
We’d love it if the functionality worked in both places…
Let me know what else I can provide to help debug this. PS: we have the current version (5.1) of your plugin installed as well.
]]>I am running Visibility Time Scheduler with the AMR Shortcode plugin (as I require elements within a post to be switched on and off).
Your plugin seems to work only for two of my elements and I’m wondering if it is either an issue with the time zone – does it automatically use your WordPress’s time zone? The times are correct currently on the scheduler.
Or is there a limit of elements you can use with your plugin on the free version?
I have tried using both the Show/Hide properties and duplicating the two elements that work…no luck.
Would love to get some insight/help.
]]>I love the widget and how it functions fluidly with the Jetpack visibility too. The only thing that I don’t like is that I can’t collapse the visibility scheduler in the plugin. The jetpack visibility collapses and only opens when called upon. Could you make this scheduler also collapse until I need to use it? Right now, it always appears in the widget and is just too large!
Thanks for the help!

Hello,
I’m interested in using WVTS with SiteOrigin Page Builder. The Page Builder plugin adds a gui for building pages out of layouts and widgets, meaning that widgets are used not only for things like sidebars, but also for page content. This includes both ordinary WordPress widgets as well as widgets specifically for Page Builder.
When I activate WVTS, all of the widgets within a Page Builder page do show the Time Scheduler options. However, setting the options has no effect, and after clicking “Publish” on the page, the settings are lost.
I also have the option of creating a new plugin to do what I want, but seeing as how what I want to do is very close to what WVTS already does, it seems perhaps more useful to add the feature to WVTS than to create yet another widget scheduler. I can code and would be happy to help on this feature if you could give me some pointers or theories as to how to implement it. Any thoughts?
Thank you.
]]>Hi there!
I’m using get_sidebar()

]]>Hello,
I have a problem when I try to schedule a widget: each time I?want to save my visibility settings, they are reset to the default. Any way to solve this? Thank you.

]]>Hi,
Is’t possible to schedule the widget visibility with the wordpress function wp_schedule_single_event? With a cronjob and the wp_schedule function you can check the status of the widget and perform actions.
I want to clear the cache if the visibility of a widgets changes.
Thank you!

]]>Well, seems that the term “widget” is not protected to sidebar widgets in wordpress alone. All kind of plugins use widgets, such as site origin, to deal with handy pages. But seems that this plugin only wants ‘widget’ to be an ownership of the wordpress sidebar. Cannot use it in pagebuilder widgets?

]]>I’m using the plugin in a call out banner. I’m having some issues with it hiding at the time scheduled however, it doesn’t appear to hide the banner completely.
As you can see here on this test page.
https://www.sixmilebaptistchurch.org/testpage/
The green banner under the links is the call out banner. When the banner is not in use it should disappear just as it has on this link.
https://www.sixmilebaptistchurch.org/our-story/our-stand/
Is this normal that the text/content is hidden from being seen but the banner will still remain? I’m using Text inside the call out banner.
I do not understand as to why the scheduler did operate correctly either. I only wanted it to display for one day. I entered the date I wanted it to display with the start time being 00:00 the end time being the same day at 23:59. The next day the text was still being shown even though the times were saved as such.

]]>Simple but great plugin,
it would be nice to be able to repeat the selected timespan (e.g. of visibility) every year or month, not just every week on a weekday.
For example I need to show a widget in august every year.
Thanks.
