Activated Widget Menuizer but the “Sidebar” tab is not showing in Appearance Menus. I’m using WordPress 5.5.3 and PHP VERSION 7.4.11.
I’ve tried to deactivate and activate again without success.
I’m also getting this notice with debugging on…
PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /wp-content/plugins/widget-menuizer/widget-menuizer.php on line 397
Hi, thanks for this plugin. I’m stuck on this message that I keep getting:
This sidebar cannot be displayed as it is not from the currently active theme
This is happening in a custom theme I’ve developed. I registered the sidebar in functions.php. What could be causing this error?
Thanks for any help.
]]>Hi there!
This plugin is awesome – very good idea!!
However, currently it’s not able to use if all widget areas are registered within the Parent Theme. That’s the case for Genesis Framework, where a lot of the child themes have no registered widget areas, or maybe only one, and use the other ones from the parent theme.
If you could add support for Parent Themes the plugin would become even more useful!
Also, support for widget areas added by plugins would be the most amazing!
Thanks for your hard work!
