Same issue in WP 3.8 – breaks widget maintenance. Posted in developer forum where problem has been reported since at least WP 3.7 with no fix and no developer response. Removed this plugin and installed earlier “Widget Logic” plugin, and problem solved.

Stay away. Although it used to work great, in current versions of WP the widgets page doesn’t work at all unless this is disabled. Although the widgets you have in place continue to work, you can’t access them, you can’t see any widgets in use, you can’t even look at help or screen options.

Maybe it once was good, but I just installed it and as others have said, it breaks the widget page so I can’t use it or any other widgets.

Make sure you don’t go near this plugin as you’ll be asking for trouble.
My site has frozen and now cannot access any of the widgets as they no longer open.

Plugin does not work on 3.5, as well the author has made no attempt to fix the issues. Compounding the fact that he doesn’t reply to bug threads. No bueno.

The Visual version 1.5.2 of Widget Logic needs a small update.
Follow the support thread:
“Widget Logic Visual not working with 3.5”
WP3.5 uses jQuery 1.8… and in this version of jQuery it seems that %i% throws an error.
To fix this plugin in the editor open widget_logic.php
and search and replace this:
if ($number==-1) {$number="%i%"; $value="";}
for this
if ($number==-1) {$number="__i__"; $value="";}
…. And finally open
wp-content/plugins/widget-logic-visual/js/jquery.nyromodal.js
and search and replace this:
$.curCSS(elm,name,true));
for this:
$.css(elm,name,true));

The plugin Author pays no attention to the plugin and there is no update for the bug in 3.5 .
Deleted the Plugin and got another better one.
