I’ve tried updating the style options to have a dark review background with white text but the colour changes aren’t reflected on the front end – just displays as the default colour scheme. Any ideas? The hex values are changed in the admin but nothing changing on the front end of the site. I’ve tried clearing caches but still no dice.

]]>Hello,
When I try to integrate the plugin on my site, it only shows a maximum of 9 reviews. I want to display 21 reviews in a slider. I have changed the settings to 21, but it is not reflecting. (https://snipboard.io/ugQzI8.jpg)
Please guide me on how I can achieve this.
Thanks.
The profile images of people leaving reviews are not showing, just shows a blank/white circle.
]]>Hi, I can see the business name pop up under the search box as I type in the name, and I click on it, but the loader just spins and nothing else happens. Any suggestions about what else to try?
]]>Hello there,
I’m wondering if you could help me. I have installed and connected the appropriate business to my Google Reviews plugin. However, I am unable to see any of the actual reviews (just the star rating and number of reviews).
I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it. I have also tried the “Re-create Database” option as well as “Install from scratch” and “Delete All data” and then re-adding the company based on its Google ID, as well as re-adding it via searching for it.
Do you know if there is anything I can do to rectify this issue?
Kind regards,
Matthew

]]>Hello team!
I’m facing a annoying problem when trying to connect a business on google reviews plugin. I’ve configured the API Key and have connected the google place id to the plugin, so far so good. But not all reviews are being displayed on the page, in fact, just one (empty one) review is being displayed. There are several reviews (10+) on google maps but only one is being displayed on plugin.
Can someone give me a hand on this? Really don’t know what else to do.

]]>Great plugin and while we would love to give a 5 Star rating, it would be an improved option if the Review Us on Google Button actually takes you straight to the Google Review block and not just the Google Business Profile. To receive a review it needs to be the shortest way for the visitor – the minute they still have to search for where or how they need to leave the review by first finding reviews on a Google Business Profile, you have lost the opportunity. So our suggestion would be to have the button link go straight to the actual review block on a Google Business Profile which then cuts out any confusion for people who do click the button to respond to the call. We have just installed your plugin as the free version.

]]>Hi, we love this plugin and are installing it on some of our sites but have started getting this message. How do we resolve this?
“This plugin uses our default Google Places API key which is mandatory for retrieving Google reviews through official way approved by Google (without crawling). To continue working with Google API and daily reviews refreshing, please create your own API key by this instruction and save it on the settings page of the plugin. ]]>Hi,
I just installed the plugin. For some reasons I don’t understand, it only displays 7 reviews out of the 11 available. Can you help me with this ?
Another annoying point : my rate is 4.9 and the display is 4 stars 1/2 which is kind unfair. It should be rounded properly and show 5 stars (as it appears on Google).
Thank you.
Best regards,
Philippe
]]>Hi, thanks for your great plugin.
Is it possible to have 2 instances on a page, one with reviews as normal and the other as just the star rating? Sure I did it before with this plugin by having the shortcode twice (set to everything displayed) then display: none everything else but the stars. Was hoping there’s a nicer way to do this though!
Thankyou
Hi Support,
I have created Google API key in Google Console and setting is correct.
My google reviews has 5 reviews, but your plugin only displayed 2.
Please advise, thank you.
]]>Hello. My business has a google listing and google reviews. But it does not have an address listed, just a suburb, so I cannot find it with your lookup tool. I saw on some of your other posts you pasted a code for the business you can use. Is there a way I can use the browser inspector to find my business ID? Would prefer not to paste business name here on the forums.
Thanks
]]>Love this plugin! Thanks. Is there a filter/setting if we only want to display reviews with 4 star ratings or higher? Other free google review plugins usually offer such a feature “only show reviews with” (dropdown value 1-5) star ratings or higher.
Is that one of the features that is only available on the pro version?
]]>Hi. We have a weird problem. We’ve added your plugin to a number of sites on our server. If they have billing or something similar enabled, it goes thru very easily.
But, we just hit a big hitch – this error:
Google API key requiredClose
This plugin uses our default Google Places API key which is mandatory for retrieving Google reviews through official way approved by Google (without crawling). Our API key can make 5 requests to Google API for each WordPress server and it’s exceeded at the moment.
To continue working with Google API and daily reviews refreshing, please create your own API key by this instruction and save it on the settings page of the plugin.
Don’t worry, it will be free because Google is currently giving free credit a month and it should be enough to use the plugin for connecting several Google places and daily refresh of reviews.

Does this mean we now have to do this for each and every other website we do this on, goin ginto their Google Account and Project, which is nothing like as simple as it sounds, if we don’t have a login to their site. And if we do, they have to be near their device when we go through the process. It is not a 5 min job, sorry.
We are trying to use the Widget, to add multiples to one site. We’ve done 2 on theirs. They have a few more. On the 3rd this happened.
