After checking back for a resolve to my issues with this plugin, and seeing no response, I checked through other’s cries for help. There are a few questions left unanswered… one as long as 2 months old. Will need to look for another plugin, one that is supported.

New commercial theme guidelines are moving away from shortcodes, so this widget was created so that our new Marketer business WordPress theme would comply.
Even if you don’t actually need it, this little widget makes contact form 7 so much easier to use you’d wonder why this functionality isn’t built in.
