I have a few questions regarding the free version of the plugin ‘Wholesale Pricing for WooCommerce’:

Mainly:
1) Can some products be set so that they are only visible to wholesale customers and not shown to other customers?

And also:
2) Is the wholesale area protected with a password?
3) Does every wholesale user have their own account and password or is there a general password?
4) After logging in, will the wholesale customer only see the products for which the wholesale price has been entered?
5) Are the settings suitable for German law?
6) Are the settings suitable for a sale within the EU and also worldwide?

I want to use your plugin to give a discount for wholesale partners e.g. 20% for all products.
Besides I want to give special discounts for any other retail customers (non wholesale, not registered, not logged in) – e.g. temporary discount 10% for T-shirts. Realised by a standard Woocommerce sale function or by your plugin (is it possible?) or by another plugin.
I don’t want these discounts to being summed. I mean, if a wholesale partner orders T-shirts, gets only 20% discount (10% discount of T-shirts is not added).
Is it possible with your free or payed plugin?

I tried it, but not sure whether it is suitable to use, and here is what I want:

1. set a group purchase page for a product or a set of products.
2. there will be a total number required to reach, that means the products will be sent to buy only when the total number reach.
3. it should show how manny order have received(maybe it could be set as fake to encourage user to buy)
4. support to set a period time for group buying, for example, 13 hours, one day, or one week.

does it support please?

I am trying to find some solution just to turn off the sale. I want to schedule a sale for the future, and so I input a sale price for over 1000 products. Now I want to schedule that sale.

When I set up the whole store sale, it did not take away the current sale in the store. Scheduling a product for a future date takes away the current sale, but this plug-in does not.

Dear Sirs,

Can you tell me if “Wholesale Pricing for WooCommerce” works on products that have been translated in different languages using WPML.

I have a multi-lingual site (using WPML) and need some discounting facilities.
Since WPML makes a duplicate of a product for translated products, the discounting system may not be working.

The ‘Settings’ string is used in class-wwp-bootstrap.php __( ‘Settings’, ‘woocommerce-wholesale-prices’ ) but it is not available on .pot file.

Theres two options, add Settings to .pot file or remove ‘woocommerce-wholesale-prices’ so we can use global one.

When checking out as a wholesale customer, the shipping still chooses retail shipping method (which happens to be free).

Edit: Nevermind, found the culprit. I had 2 zones for US shipping instead of just 1 zone with 2 methods.

There is an issue with Roles created using this Role Editor plugin:

If you have set up roles using the User Role Editor by Vladimir Garagulya, please delete the plugin User Role Editor .

Also, Please delete **any roles created with the User Role Editor plugin**.

Instead, please use: Members by Justin Tadlock

So question on the free version of this plugin. Does it work as a wholesale plugin with out purchasing the pro version? I installed and it gives ALL products a discount regardless of the role. Log out, price still shows the discount.

When I chose “Discount By Category, Logged-in-Role,Product”, it gives all products a discount. Am I missing something?

I believe this is offered in the paid version, but I wanted to double check before purchasing.

Would it be possible to have different wholesale pricing structures for different wholesale accounts?

For example, let’s say we’re good friends with Store A and not so much with Store B. Normal price is an even $10. Can I set wholesale for Store A to $4 and wholesale to Store B $5?

With Woocommerce 2.4+, A product with 20 variations or more are automatically fetched using ajax. Pricing discounts are available when added to cart, but do not show in the Catalog. To repair this, please add the following your theme’s functions.php file:

function custom_wc_ajax_variation_threshold( $qty, $product ) {
	return XX;  //replace 'XX' with the maximum number of variations on *any* product in your system...  The XX may also be greater than the largest variation count...
}

add_filter( 'woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold', 'custom_wc_ajax_variation_threshold', 10, 2 );

Please place this code at the bottom of your theme’s functions.php file, and be sure to follow the directions on changing the ‘return XX’ to the appropriate number before updating your theme file.

Hi –

For some reason, my variable wholesale prices aren’t working correctly. Some are displaying the correct wholesale price when logged on with a username/password, but in the woocommerce dialogue, there is nothing entered into the Wholesale Price amount.

Also – when I add new product with wholesale discounts, I cannot successfully add the wholesale price. It would stick to the woocommerce dialogue, and it won’t show up with logging in as a wholesale customer.

I’m having some problems with the plugin. Here is the scenario:

As an Admin on one page, I created a shop manager user that can only take care on the shop, add new products, add new wholesale rules etc…
So when I login as a Shop Manager, and go into Wholesale Pricing Rules section i got only these two categories available:
– Wholesale Pricing Rules
– Add New

I can’t see the other ones that are displayed when I’m logged in as an admin:
– Wholesale Pricing Rules
– Add New
– Wholesale Pricing Settings
– Upgrade to Pro
– Wholesale Pricing Help
– Wholesale Pricing Categories

Is it up to the role capabilities, which capabilities is the plugin using or is it something else.

Hi! I’m interested in your plugins for a web store, but I have a few questions to make sure they will fit our needs.

I need two conditions to be met for wholesale pricing to receive 50% off: 1. Quantity of each single item = 6+
2. Cart total order price = $90+

Can both requirements above be done?

Can I apply this discount to all products on the site? (so not just one-by-one)

Can there be a notification of the order minimums (if not met)?

Can it show the wholesale discounted price on both the shop and single item page?

I’ve been trying to use this plugin for a week or 2, but am having some trouble.

Fist, I can’t seem to make myself (or an alt) both a wholesale customer, and an admin. Is this possible?

Second, I’m not getting the sort of price reporting I’m looking for on the product pages when logged into a wholesale account. For example, this displays correctly the wholesale price of the item. These are the options I have selected. It’s not reporting retail price, nor savings. I suspect some other option might be interfering, but I’m not having any luck finding it. Any clues?

Also, I ship any sized retail order at a single flat rate. How can I set up weight based shipping for wholesale purchases? Will the pro version do what I’m looking to do?

Great plugin but I get an error when using the pro version.

Parts ot the shoppage are missing, like the sidebar and the ‘next page’ buttons at the bottom. Also the main menu dropdown links are not working. And the wp admin bar is missing.

When deactivating the plugin, everything is fine.

I am looking at purchasing the Pro version of this plugin, but just wanted to know whether it would be easy to modify fixed prices for individual products? I have about 50-100 products that have individual wholesale pricing, and I will just set them up once, and leave it as is. Is this easy to do using the plugin? Also, do you have any demos available to try out prior to purchasing?

I installed this plugin without incident but when I went to click on the settings link within the plugin area, I received an error message below:

When I deactivated this plugin and clicked on the other Woocommerce plugins, they opened up, whereas before they also gave me the same error message as above.

There seems to be an issue with variable virtual products – it displays the cheaper variation as the rrp and the more expensive variation as the discount.

It then says the discount is -‘insert difference here’.

Any ideas?

After installing this plugin it has caused memory errors and also stopped us being able to update product photos in woocommerce. I am assuming that it conflicts either with other existing plugins, or with the Divi theme used (customised child of Divi). Before installing this I tried installing the Pricing Deals plugin and it changed all my layouts and also creashed the WordPress admin due to memory issues.

Have you had this happen before?

My problem is that I am putting some wt. in grams under shipping tab, this is multiplied by certain value that I change on daily basis from my back end, now in regular price it is replaced with the result of above calculation, what i need is to give a fixed value to all products which i will feed manually once and need regular price by adding this fixed value to above multiplication.

Can I have any solution to this by using this plugin. please help

first of all thanks for your work !

I am suffering an unknown issue using this free version of your module.

Some of my user are recieving twice the only discount configured for the whole shop, that is applied directely to each product individually.

I am not able to reproduce the issue when I want, but I would like to know how to avoid this issue ?
