For the commercial plugin that you pay for 3 days no response for a ticket… The documentation is outdated. The documentation has typos in the code to paste into a configuration file its totally different from screenshots (steps 8 and 9) and now that I’ve managed to move forward the plugin took down the entire server. The solution was to get into my file manager, zip up the sso (Pro) plugin I paid for and the free portion and then DELETE the directory… WOW website works again… back in 2020 I had used this plugin and it took forever to get their support team to help us work past all the bugs in the software…
I will now be using Fluent Forms Pro to Zapier to WHMCS as my solution. I would love to give this plugin a 0 star.

This plugin has several issues.
Some may be overcome, one is too critical:
General issues include the plugin not being able to load styles and scripts from the native locations, despite the dev saying so.
You have to manually add all paths to the Custom JavaScript/CSS Paths even them not being custom. This includes orderform templates, all of them that ship with WHMCS.
The critical error is that the DOMAIN SEARCH DOES NOT WORK with Twenty-One theme, contrary to the developer claims.

There is an issue with the redirection to the cart which is not solved since the last update of WHMCS

I’ve tried reaching WHMCS Bridge support but was not able to. They just won’t respond. Seems like WHMCS Bridge is not compatible with the latest version of WHMCS 8.4 as it’s giving cart URL as 404 Page Not Found as the URL structure is different. I’ve wasted money by buying a WordPress theme that was supposedly using WHMCS Bridge to integrate with WHMCS and it’s been several months since the purchase and I have yet to be able to finish my website because of that cart URL issue.

This plugin is not supported if you purchase the pro version of it. I submitted a support ticket on April 11 and by May 6th there was no response from them yet. I have contacted them and told informed them they have 3 days to respond to the support ticket or this will be a Breach of Contract, and the latest payment, which happened on April 30th will be fraudulent, and reported. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PLUGIN, IT IS NOT SUPPORTED.

Is there a customization without a pro version?
As of current non pro version, I was not able to change the themes on the link with WHMCS-Bridge, but on WHMCS itself was able to change.

You can use the free version but don’t purchase the Pro version, they have the worst customer service, no response to urgent tickets even after 7 working days. Don’t waste your money on them. Go for WHMpress, little tricky but great support and one-time purchase, you can only renew the support service if you need to.

I have been reading some of the negative reviews of this product and I must say I my experience with this plugin has been wholly different. For starters the response rate is extremely good via their ticket desk. I have been chatting back and forth with them for the past few days because to be completely honest I completely screwed up how I configured my .htaccess file. And I am not yet a paying customer of theirs either, yet they still supported me. I will soon be a paying customer of theirs and I highly recommend this plugin to anyone else who stumbles across this.

The truth is that it is an excellent complement so that all customers can have a fluid environment and do not feel they have left the website, without a doubt I recommend the plugin …
Note: this plugin is not so easy to configure, you have to read the instructions very well, that way a complete integration is achieved, it is even much better if you buy the plugin since it offers many more options, and it is faster.
I congratulate the programmer for this.
Note 2: The only disadvantage is that despite buying the plugin for 1 year, it can take up to 10 days for the support to respond, but in general if you read the instructions very well you should not have any problems.

This came is a theme i purchased. my websites styling went crazy after install. after giving up and benching my project for a fe i came back and ran into the same issue. turns out its WHMCS bridge. If you go into setting and set an option that was ridiculously set to use whmcs styling by default. it worked fine. but as my setup could not take advantage of bridge. I removed it. and the problem came back. I cant find a resolution. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLUGIN UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

Seems kinda pointless unless you have matching WordPress & WHMCS Themes.

This plugin works as advertised. I initially had challenge setting it up, but when I followed the installation video instruction/guide provided diligently, I found everything so easy. I encourage everyone that may have a problem with setting up the plugin to follow the step by the step video guide.

I have tried out this plugin several times over the last few years in the hope that it would eventually work reliably, but sadly it never has.
I did purchase the pro version, which didn’t really help much.
If you enable Single Sign On in WHMCS (facebook, google etc), then this plugin does not support that and customers cannot login via your WordPress site at all.
Every reply from the developer took weeks and weeks of chasing and didn’t get me anywhere, so I had to give up and remove the plugin.
Support doesn’t seem to have ever improved every time I have tried, always takes weeks to get a response.

I love the fact that my customers can log into WP, and their WHMC acct at the same time. It saves me and them a lot of hassle. I am a Novice Coder and I found it really easy to install and get it to working. Those who made bad remarks on the other reviews obviously did not do it as it said. The Knowledge Page, Awesome set up, that helped a great deal. The Video was a ++++++ as well seeing how I do have a hard time understand some words as part of my disability.
I did purchase this product.

Very good plug-in and I just wish it had the customer support and communication to match. I add to pay another company to find and fix the issue. I don’t have a problem with that and even if you charged a fee we would’ve been happy to pay. I understand that a lot of your support tickets could be an issue with WordPress or another plug-in. The issue I have with your products and services is your response time and communication with the customer. I am very interested in a few other products but will not buy anything else from your company. I’m currently looking for other options so I don’t have to renew.
