We are based in the UK and need to determined if a customer is in Northern Ireland, as shipping costs are different to the rest of the UK, i can not see a “Northern Ireland” option in the country list, is there a way to do this?

My site has worked fine for a very long time and then all of a sudden, this week, the shipping says “There are no shipping options available”. I have not made any changes and this is stopping my customers from shopping with me.

But when I make a “woocommerce built in” shipping rule, free shipping of minimum order value. Both Free shipping and weight based shipping shows.

Doesn′t this plugin work with woocommerce built in shipping?

Hi, I have a problem whereby the ‘Calculate Shipping’ link is not working.

I tried to deactivate the plugin having downloaded backup files with FTP and now I can’t reactivate the plugin.

We have a major product launch today and so this is big worry!

I can only select three options in my country list:
“Deutschland”, “Any country” and “Rest of the World”. I can’t enter any other country than germany. I use the Basic version. Is there any possibility to enter some countries?

Recently my shop has stopped calculating delivery and shows the following error:

There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

I still have the plugin enabled and all my weights are still setup ?

Hi, i have a problem with the weight options… i don’t undestand why all my old weight setting are missing.. and if i try to modify them… nothing happen on the cart… for example i add in cart product that is 1.5 kg.. i set the Countries Italia from 0.25 to 1.8 € 8,19 but in the cart is €13

Pre-Sales question: Can your free version of Table Rate Shipping Pro generate a flat rate table by country and by weight for each country? So if we are shipping to 200 countries and have 30 weight classifications there would be 6000 individual rates. If this table size is possible, can the rates & rules be imported from Excel to save lengthy manual entry?

I have Shipping Pro all set up and it works properly with other methods of checkout like local pickup.

I have a plugin called WooCommerce ‘Email Money Transfer’ Payment Gateway for online payments. It works fine with flat rate shipping enabled. However, when i set up the shipping option for Shipping Pro the shipping option disappears from the checkout page.

Does anyone know the issue?

Idownloaded basic version of plugin but it always asking me to update to pro without letting me do enything. is basic optios still avalible

Also in the settings, it says the plugin is not enabled, but it is working fine, if i enable the plugin it delete all the rules!

Does your plugin allow for table rate shipping for international shipping?

I’ve been through the steps to add various shipping rules based on weight in the Shipping Pro settings. The rules I’ve set up are UK Regular shipping (0-0.601kg), UK Recorded shipping (0-0.601kg) and UK Courier (0-30kg). I’ve also replicated these rules for EU and rest of world delivery with their respective prices. However, upon refreshing my checkout page, only the Courier option is listed for delivery method. The Courier cost does change based on the location entered but I can’t figure out how to display and choose the Regular and Recorded shipping methods in the basket or checkout pages. Can anyone help? So i have installed your plugin and have the following sutiation in Switzerland, with our Swiss-Shipment.
We have both Shipments (normal and priority) and the following weight:
CH Packet normal 0.001 to 1.999 kg CHF 8.00
CH Packet priority 2.000 to 9.999 kg CHF 10.00
CH Packet normal 10.000 to 19.999 kg CHF 12.00
CH Packet priority 10.000 to 19.999 kg CHF 14.00
CH Packet normal 20.000 to 29.999 kg CHF 23.00
CH Packet priority 20.000 to 29.999 kg CHF 27.00

Your Plugin is still running with the defined weight an kosts.
Is there a way to configure the settings, that the customer can choose the delivery as normal or priority?

This plugin sometimes gets this error and I don’t know why.

The whole store is now showing this error no matter what address I input.

Last order was Feb 9th and I haven’t touched anything since.

This is not the first time this happens, previous updates have wiped out all the rules I’ve created.

I have two rules.

1 For US
2 For the rest of the World.

I need some help here as I got an email from someone saying they can’t select an address to buy.

I have set up shipping rates for three types of delivery
Regular
Recorded
Courier

the weights overlap ie recorded 0kg to 0.1kg and regular 0kg to 0.1kg

courier is fast shipping so weight is 0kg to 30kg

on checkout only courier shows as an option you can’t select regular or recorded

WooCommerce Version 3.2.6
WooCommerce Germanized Version 1.9.7
WooCommerce Germanized Pro Version 1.8.5

I have set up various shipping rates based on country and weight.
The shipping rates are applied correctly, but the shipping costs are not calculated in the tax of total order.

In plugin settings, “Aplly Taxes” is activated.

Example:

Product price including taxes: 89€
Shipping costs: 6,90 €
displayed tax: 5,82 € (wich is the tax amount of product price only, exluding shipping costs)
displayed tax should be: 6,27 €

Any hel p or advice is highliy appreciated ??

I just updated the plugin to version 2.00 and all the shipping rules that I had created have disappeared!

I had a message pop up to say that the key was missing in my shippingpro basic, I went into settings to find that all of my table information for rates had disappeared – has your update caused this?

Hi I have been using the basic plugin for some time but tonight i see all of my shipping rate tables have disappeared – i think an update has killed it – is this a known issue, can it be fixed please, my tables were complex and i could not recreate them easily

We have been using Shipping Pro on our webpage for some time, and it worked fine, however the selection boxes ar not shown on any mobile devices.

Any idea what happend?

I have a range of products on my website and manage the shipping through woo commerce.

I have now uploaded Shipping Pro Basic.

I have added a new product which I want to apply the shipping pro rates to (see link) but only this product, not everything else.

How can I apply the shipping pro rates to specific products when customers land in checkout and not everything across my store?

I am building a new webstore for my organization, and I am using this plugin to create a weight-based flat rate shipping option, in addition to a USPS shipping rate plugin. The plugin works great for creating the new shipping option–all I’m wondering is if there is a way to move the option created by this plugin so that it is ABOVE the other options (first in the list) on the cart and checkout pages:

Is there any way to do this?
