Hi, I downloaded a free kit, only that the first container, which is made up of the logo and the menu, compares me as a page and not as a header on all pages, how to solve it?

first of all, thank you for your amazing work. Using your plugin really means lot of fun. I only have one problem for the moment. I created a page with some sections and slides, which combines vertical und horizontal scrolling. I also activated mouse wheel navigation, so that user is able to “normally” scroll trought the page, but the page is acting differently like scrolling vertical and sometimes horizonzal.

If I am using a normal mouse, everyhing works smooth, but if I am using a trackpad (no matter if it is the trackpad of the macbook or the external one or the magic mouse) the start of the scrolling animation between the slides seems to be a little laggy.

Is there any tip you can give to me?

using a fresh installation with no other plugins, just WP theme 2022 (because I saw a demo of Webex working on it) the Webyx page template is not available. Attaching screen shots of what happens.

Also tried adding the Gutenberg plugin but same results. Any thoughts on how to fix this and get the Webex template to appear?

Are you guys planning to release this for WPBakery?

I have created a new page and copied a working, full width Webyx instance from another page to the new page. The horizontal scrolling and full width setting no longer appear to work despite the settings in the View Type/View Settings set to “full width”.

WordPress 6.4.2
Blocksy Theme 2.0.19
Gutenberg 17.5.0

I have cleared cache.
Restarted machine.
Tried creating new fresh instance of a WP page with fresh Webyx settings (not copied from another instance on another page).
Horizontal card style: true
Normal scrolling website: false
Using custom template: false

All attempts to reconcile issue have failed. Until the issue is identified and corrected, I will not be able to create new Webyx instances moving forward. Pages created with full width prior to this morning appear to work as expected. Please review and advise.

For your awareness… After duplicating a Webyx page that has custom CSS applied (and using the WP Duplicate Page plugin by Author:?mndpsingh287), the CSS breaks on the duplicated page. It’s not a huge deal because the raw CSS can be copied over to the dup page from the source page but I thought I’d report it. It’s possible the issue is related to the Dup page plugin and not Webyx…

Hi! So im new here. Using FREE Version 1.6.6 on the newest WordPress 6.4.2.
Despite i turned on the keyboard / scroll controls, it doesn’t work. Same goes to swiping on the mobile device. I tried to turn of other plugins but same story- didn’t help!

I’m hoping the authors will consider adding a wrapper container around the header element.

What I’m trying to accomplish:
I’d like more control over the width of webyx-logo-wrapper and nav elements. With my limited knowledge of HTML and CSS it feels like in order to accomplish this goal, I need something to hook CSS instructions onto? If there is a toggle somewhere in the custom settings area please let me know… but I think I’ve exhausted those options.

Despite toggle’s being ON for keyboard and mouse navigation, the functionality has stopped working. I have not installed any new plugins recently and the only minor and recent update was for Blocksy theme. I have cleared cache and tried on multiple browser. Problem persists. I searched the forum for answers.

On a positive note, I do see and appreciate the inpage anchor linking. Thanks.

The Webyx for Gutenberg plugin seriously conflicts with ALL tooltip plugins. The tooltip becomes 100px wide.

It is unclear where Pro users go for support.

I’ve looked over my purchase receipt, logged into my Gumroad membership account… can’t find the front door. The receipt clearly states:

– 1 license key lifetime for 1 website
– no limit of developers
– 1 year of subscription for updates and new features
– support

If we’re not allowed to post questions about the Pro version here and there’s no link to Pro support forum, then how do we ask questions for issues pertaining to the Pro version?

I need to ask about the suddenly disappearing menu toggle and site logo when migrating from Webyx Free to Pro versions…

So if you are a potential customer… looking at the Free version, you get a bunch of helpful links that work. If you’re a Paid customer using Pro, you get a broken link. Wow. C’mon guys… wtf?

I installed and activated the Webyx Free version.
I build some pages with it. I saw it’s potential.
I purchased a Pro license.
I found out the hard way, everything done in the Free version had to be migrated over to the Pro container (copy/paste).
I spent the time doing that work. While this migration work was happening, I had both the Free and Pro versions of Webyx plugins installed and activated.
Once the migration completed, I deactivated the Free version.
Now all of my work I did to migrate to Pro… is broken.
I’m not happy and if there isn’t a quick fix to this issue, I’m going to ask for a refund. I’m not focused on the work I need to accomplish and instead messing around with this d@mn plugin.

PLEASE NOTE:
I have reinstalled the Free version in order to keep working and moving forward instead of going backwards trying to investigate these issues. I will post a video of the issues for your review and provide that link here…

I’m evaluating the Pro version for Gutenberg. I’d like to drop in a background image (png with transparency) on a slide that also has a custom color. It doesn’t look like this is possible? It’s one or the other? Did I miss something in the documentation perhaps?

I purchased a 1yr 1 site license today and I have received the license key via email. When I check the FAQs, it tells me to navigate to the Webyx settings and drop the license key there. I do not see a form input to paste the license key into? I have two accordions on the settings page: “Webyx Menu” and “Hide WP Admin Top Bar”. Please advise.

Hello. I’m currently using the free version of Webyx for Gutenburg. The last time I updated the Webyx plugin, all of my CSS was blown up and I had to go back and add again to each page. I’m now hesitant to install Webyx plugin updates. Could I be doing something wrong with my custom CSS?

• I have a page using Webyx
• It has several slides; each has a unique “Name”
• I’d like to use the text links on the first slide as quick jumps to other slides in the series
• When I attempt to create the jump link, Webyx offers other slides in the series as targets, but the links don’t jump me to the correct slide.
  
  Using the test url provided, please choose:
  “What is a brand?” text link to test it out
  
  It doesn’t appear I’m able to add a unique ID to the slides? When I do a code inspection, the slide I’m trying to jump to does not have a unique ID??

I love your plugin, it is fantastic, easy to use and light.

However, I do have one problem – on desktop when scrolling through slides it works fine on the mouse, but on the laptop touchpad it sometimes goes two slides at once. The same happens on two different laptops.

Why can’t I see Webyx Template in the Post Templates panel?
Is that how it should be?

I am trying to create menu with links to different webyx sections/slides – as in a regular webstite. I have tried using anchors, but the problem is while it works, navigation arrows/bullets are missing after clicking the link, as well as upper sections becomes unreachable. The Behavior can be tested by clicking “O Nas” link in the provided website.

Hello Team. Thank you for this wonderful plugin.

However, when testing my site using PageSpeed insights I notice a red flag for Cumulative Layout Shift, caused by a Webyx slide at the bottom of the page.

I inserted a new slide, and now the new slide was causing the CLS

I removed both, and the CLS again moved to the last slide.

So essentially, whatever my final slide is, its causing CLS.

How do we resolve this?

I’m having trouble fitting shortcode content (an H5P video) on a slide. The bottom is clipped (about 100 px).

Going fullscreen does not exactly do the trick. On my main screen it adds white space at the bottom and on my secondary screen it is still clipped.

Is there a way to solve this without asking the user to scroll?
