]]>Is there any variation of pretty permalinks that can be used with this plug-in? The only way I have been able to get it to work is when using the original permalink settings for WordPress, which are quite simply, ugly. I’ve tried all pre-set options, and with each one (except the post name one), the first page shows up fine in a given portfolio, but each successive pagnated page gives a 404 error.
Is there some other variation that would work here, or I am I stuck with the default or post names?

One thing I’m having issues with is that I have the sidebar Portfolio Tags widget on my page and whenever I click on any tag, I get a 404 error. I thought perhaps it might be because some tags/could have been the same as post tags, but even tags that I don’t have in my Posts at all, don’t work. Any ideas?

well, all good things are four, right?
The fancybox shipped with this plugin is version 1.3.4. If you use a jQuery version >1.10 this version will stop working an throwing errors like “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘msie’ of undefined”, because this functions are removed from jQuery.
I replaced the fancybox with the newest version 2.1.5, and it works like a charm; Unfortunately fancyapps changed the license to CC BY-NC 3.0, which conflicts with wordpress, nor?

When I clicked the thumbnail from YT the video is played in a thickbox (great!) but there is always the error message from stw “Unable to retrieve thumbnail from ShrinkTheWeb.com” ??

No so great… The page with the list for type “webseite” show only a grey box. I’ve looked for typos in the page text, changed the editor to plain… Looked for number in the type in case I’ve another tage/site with the same title… nothing ??
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

The answer from stw is “invalid credentials”, although I print out $request_url from stw.php and tried in my browser, where it works fine…

Great plugin! I’ve just installed it and have been playing around with a few settings. One thing I did notice is that the ‘Portfolio List – overall width’ setting is fixed to pixels. My site is a responsive site and the CSS changes 3-4 times as the browser width decreases.
Is there any possibility that you could have the option to set a max-width in % and ignore the fixed pixel width? it looks great on larger browsers but as you get smaller it breaks outside of my containing box.

Some indexes in functions.php are not wrapped in quotes like they should and this generates warning spam (either in logs or on screen if errors display).
Here’s a patch you can apply. I uh… sort of slipped a bunch of nearby whitespace fixes in there, too. My editor automatically trims trailing whitespace, sorry! The code fixes are towards the end.
I would’ve submitted this as a ticket but for the life of me I can’t find this project to submit a ticket to. It doesn’t seem to have you listed as a component in that part of trac.
