Am currently trying to bulk update product attributes using the free version of the plugin.
In the free version, it says that “You can add your Custom Columns”, but does not say what values need to be listed in the header row, or what values to add in the associated rows
Please advise.
]]>Hi there,
We are unable to import the Excel spreadsheet, created with all the necessary columns.
Not even your sample file works, see https://gofile.io/d/jtertr
The following message keeps on appearing, when attempting to upload the Excel file:
Invalid File:Please Upload Excel File
Please assist.
]]>Hello, I’m using the pro version of your plugin for my store and recently the plugin stopped working, first I tried to update the prices and it wouldn’t do it by product title nor SKU. The next thing I did was deleting all the products to upload them fresh, with the new prices and stock amount, but now the plugin says its creating the products (when loading the products from the excel file a green bar appears saying . created) but when it finishes I go to the store and there’s no products there o none created.
]]>Hello, I really liked your plugin, but the catch is that when updating prices, it refers to Title, but you need to tell SKU if there is such an opportunity
