Is it possible to add extras to a service with additional charge to be added when checking out . I have a scuba diving booking sites and I want to add some rental diving equipments when checking out like mask, fins, snorkel or suits with equivalent price value that will be added to the total amount that the customer will pay .
This might be the function that is missing with this plugin .
Let me know if it is possible . I want to shift from Amelia to this plugin though Amelia have this function , they lack the autolock service function .
Or is it available on PRO version ?

Guys, my customers would like site visitors to see the calendar while Booking as it would be useful to see ahead without having to try booking each day – obvious I suppose : )

I have added three services (rooms to be booked either individually or together) and these can be booked in hour increments. Eg Main Room (hourly)
Sometimes the rooms need to be booked for a day and clicking 8 time slots is a pain. I have tried creating another service for the Main Room but labelled daily. When I make a booking for a date where an hourly booking has been made it deletes all the hourly bookings on that day?
How do I make it so if an hourly booking has been made an daily booking cannot please – and it also not delete any hourly bookings on that date too!

I have noticed the following phenomenon:
I have set up my services in such a way that on the one hand a maximum of 6 people can participate per service and additionally in such a way that a maximum of 6 places can be booked at the same time, regardless of the service. Simply put, 6 “seats” are available at all times.
In some cases, however, free seats cannot be reserved in the system.
This behavior occurs when:
Service = 2 hours
Booking 1 from 16:00 to 18:00 – 5 seats
Booking 2 from 18:30 to 20:30 – 1 seat
Now the following Booking 3, even though it would be possible, cannot be booked in the system/ isnt shown.
Booking 3 from 17:00 to 19:00 – 1 seat
I assume it has to do with the fact that the time span of Booking 3 partially covers the other two bookings and the first two bookings already contain 6 seats.
Nevertheless, booking 3 would be possible, as all 6 seats are never used at the same time in booking 1 and 2.
In my case, this missing booking option is a very big problem.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, because when trying to save in the Scheduling of service, a message appears: Please, remove time range intersections. Is it possible to allow time range intersections?
Rules: Only one customer can book certain time, selecting 8-30 people as the number of participants.
There is also a small problem with the translation “Available spots” is not translated into English and remains in Estonian as I have translated it into Estonian in Wording/Translation.
Is it available to create overlapping time slots?

I know I have already asked you this question via e-mail. but I would like to investigate a bit further. I would love to work on source tracking of bookings in Webba. Last time you recommended me the following solution:
Webba is integrated with?Contact Form 7, if you can add UTM tracking to Contact Form 7, seems you can add it to the Webba Booking Form. I did some research and found these articles:

I followed this path but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work.
I managed to install Contact Form 7 and add UTM parameters there correctly. I also managed to use a connect a form created in contact form 7 to a Webba service.
The thing is that (or at least it seems to me) that the problem is that technically a Contact Form 7 is not submitted whenever a Webba reservation is made. Webba seems to only use Contact Form 7 to create fields but not to submit the form itself.
I even installed a plugin that stores Contact Form 7 submission to double check that and it never received any submissions when making a reservation via Webba.
If only there was a way to add a a hidden field with a class that would gather UTM’s as below:

In the meantime I also found out that there is a “custom field” field by every booking that is empty, despite the fact that I am using custom fields in a form. Perhaps there would be a way to transfer there utm data, hmmm…
So far I try to match utm_source and time tag in GA4 with time booking in Webba but it’s not perfect. E.g . whenever there is more than 1 bookings within the same hour, seemingly there is no way to recognize which one is which.

First of all, excuse my English, it is not my native language.
For a few days now, the reservation form has appeared without styles and with fields that I do not use, such as the service selector.
I have cleared the cache of the site, the browser… and nothing changes, I have tried changing the selections in the advanced settings, but there is no way.

It seems that on Zoom you cannot run more than 2 simultaneous meetings (you can book them, but not start them). Our company has more than 2 employees who often have meetings at the same time.
I wonder have you ever tried to figure out the best solution in this situation? Is perhaps integration with any other meetings platform possible? Or maybe is there any workaround on the Zoom end?
For the moment the communication to our customers is rather chaotic. We would love to keep on adding the automatic zoom meetings to reservations BUT it doesn’t make much sense if we cannot run 2 meetings at the same time as we have to manuallt reroute users to Google Meets or MS Teams.
I would really appreciate your advice!

Perhaps it is worth mentioning that so far the confirmation notifications have been working flawlessly.

]]>Hello, thanks for your help before and somehow I end up needing your advice again. So the problem is I’m using Multi-Scroll widget from a plugin named “Premium Addons for Elementor” and instead of adding the shortcode directly to the main page, I have to add it to the Elementor Template and use the templates with the widget. The booking calendar is loaded properly, but after I chose the date and time and press confirm button to move to next step, nothing happened. Even when I chose “move automatically to next step” in Webba settings, nothing happened as well. I added the shortcode to a blank page and they still work perfectly, so I assume the problem lies with the widget and how I used the shortcode inside Elementor template.
Do you have any idea why it happened? Right now I don’t add the booking on the main page and decide to use direct link to the page with booking form only. I understand the problem doesn’t lie with Webba plugin, I just wonder what can be the cause of it.

I am just evaluating the plugin. I’ve created 3 services, each services has a maximum booking count of 2. When I test the booking I select “Service 1”, it shows the 2 available slots (my booking slots are set to 1380 minutes as I want to book the entire day). I then make two separate bookings of “Service 1” on the same day, I can see the bookings in the back end ok. If I select “Service 2” from the booking form and then select the same date as I booked “Service 1” it doesn’t show me any available slots. If I change any of the service max booking counts to 3 then I am able to book another slot on the same day. As the services are separate I would have expected to be able to book multiple services on a given day? Is there a setting I’ve missed?
