There is no Add Map button, so no it doesn’t function for me at all.

Sorry but this version didn’t work in WP-version 5.8.2.
After selecting ‘Add Web Map’ you can type an input for ‘Search ArcGIS Online’, but without any reaction.
I’m waiting for an new update…
