Moving site to new location, exported MySQL and reimported it into a fresh install of WordPress 3.9.2 and moved remainin files over via FTP. However when trying to access the site I receive the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘Web_Fonts_Provider’ not found in /home/dirname/public_html/wp-content/plugins/web-fonts/modules/fonts-com/lib/provider.php on line 5
If I remove the web-fonts plugin folder I can get the site to come up. Please note I am using a temporary domain in the form of https://000.000.000.000/~dirname
]]>Under the Web Fonts > Fonts.com, then input ‘ignite the light’ in the search box. I’m trying to load the ‘ignite the light’ by Kimberly Geswein, and it keeps giving me an error message “There was an issue retrieving the appropriate fonts. Please try again.”.
I restarted my browser, tried a different browsers, Internet explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. I restarted my computer. Tried logging in on an iPad and trying to retrieve the particular font.
What alternvative ways/plugins are there to retrieve this font family?
]]>Hello,
I was having some problems earlier with centred justification not working, so I uninstalled the plugin. I then downloaded it again, but when I try and activate it again it just tries to load for a while and then give a 504 gateway error.
Is there an issue with WordPress 3.8.1?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hi,
Will the plugin support advanced management like font size, and Cufon management in the future ?
Thanks
]]>Hi,
My Google API key doesn’t work in the plugin.
An idea?
Thanks
]]>Fonts.com just sent an email notifying customers that they can use a new JavaScript/CSS publishing script on their site to get improved caching & font compression. The big difference is that the URL for this is now fast.fonts.net rather than fast.font.com. Now, it appears this plugin has .com hard coded into it. Here’s how & where to update this.
Open modules/fonts-com/fonts-com.php
and go to lines 503 and 506. These set the URL for both the JS & CSS embed methods. A simple change of swapping “fast.fonts.com” out for “fast.fonts.net” will get you up & running on the latest and greatest!
I’d love to see this simple & quick adjustment made to the plugin officially.
]]>I recently installed the Web Fonts plugin so that I could use a font from fonts.com, but I have been unable to get the font to work with my WordPress site.
The plugin installed correctly, and I was able to connect to fonts.com, get an authentication key, and add the font (ITC Franklin Gothic Demi) to a project. It even shows up in the correct typeface when I click the “See Project Fonts” link.
However, it does not display correctly on the Manage Stylesheets tab, and even though I have assigned it to a bunch of CSS selectors used in my site’s theme (a lightly-edited child theme based on the default Twenty Eleven theme), I have been unable to get the font to display.
has anyone successfully used this plugin? Is there any documentation anywhere about how to use this plug-in?
Thanks in advance!
]]>I installed the fonts plugin but it wont change my fonts. What do i Do???
]]>Thanks for this handy plugin! Unfortunately, I’m having a problem with Version 1.1.5. In the Set Up tab for Fonts.com, the JavaScript embed method does not seem to work. I keep trying to select it, and the plugin keeps changing it back to the CSS embed method. I had to manually copy and paste the Fonts.com JavaScript code into the head of my WordPress theme in order to get the fonts to work on my site.
Can you fix this? Do you need any additional information from me to troubleshoot the problem?
Thank you,
Fred Chapman

Editor is just blank.
I’ve run the plug in installation, yet I still don’t see anything. Here are a few screen shots.
Thank you.
First Screenshot
Second Screenshot
3rd Screenshot
I cannot use the fonts, but I see this at the bottom of my website.

This is the php version I’m working with.
5th Screenshot
I get this error message when I try to enable fonts using the plugin:
The operation you requested could not be performed unfortunately.
The plugin is activated and so is my fonts.com account with everything else seeming to work properly. I’m running version 1.1.5 of the plugin on a server with PHP 5.3.10 and Apache version 2.2.17. The fonts I’m trying to use are free fonts from fonts.com
Thank you for any help.

]]>Hello,
I am trying to use this plugin, however I can’t connect with my fonts.com-accout. The plugins says “The email and password combination you provided is invalid. Please provide a valid email and password combination.” even though I know that the combination is correct.
Is there any configuration in the plugin or over at fonts.com that I have to change? I have generated and saved a authentication key, and have also entered it directly into the plugin. Still doesn’t work.
Help?
]]>great plugin!
there is a small typo though: google-web-fonts.php line 284 pos 95 should be a semicolon instead of a comma. this fixes different font weights not working.
also it would be great if there was a possibility to view google fonts by category.
cheers
]]>Hi there,
I have followed all the instructions re installing the webfonts plugin onto my account, however, when I go to enable the fonts to try and use them the following message is shown: “The operation you requested could not be performed unfortunately.” I have only been able to install a few of the fonts, and am searching in the free category as i haven’t paid for any others.
I am probably just missing something simple.
Thanks for your help!
]]>I have a website I’m working on, and just installed the Web Fonts plugin, and all I see in the Web Fonts settings is a blank white screen.
