In Chrome, auto text inside form fields removes field backgrounds. Content of the message field doesn’t get delivered and messages arrive saying “no text in this email”. That means this plugin is unusable. It hasn’t been updated in 7 years, so maybe not surprising.

This is the best contact form I’ve found, very simple but with a lot of functionality. The contact form also looks very nice. However it would be great to have more then one contact form on website.

Finally found a form plug-in that I could style (WYSIWYG) with my own colors, and that uses ReCaptcha. I was excited! But it only allows one form! Now I’m disappointed. I’d like a Contact form, and a Subscribe to Newsletter form. dammit.

This is the best contact form plugin for WordPress. Clean design, super easy customization, easy navigation, a lot of unique features, that no other forms offer. Checked around four contact form plugins and this is definitely a winner.
The best part is the customer support. Had a theme compatibility issue and they fixed it withing the day. Prompt responses and very friendly support.

I was desperately looking for a *nice*, *working* and *easily customizable* contact form plugin.. wandering from Contact form7, Best web form, Fast Secure form, and other similar overrated shits.. I was almost out of luck and hope until I found this one.

I’m writing a book about WordPress for the non-techie, and this is the best contact form I’ve found with an easy configuration screen and a full set of features. The default settings are also right, except that you’ll want to use the little gear on the Captcha field to change it to use reCAPTCHA, once you’ve entered your keys.

Superbe ! Juste ce que je recherchais. Cette extension n’est pas compliquée et elle est vraiment très simple à configurer. Claire, simple, avec le reCaptcha (no Captcha) et permet d’avoir les messages du formulaire d’un seul coup d’oeil et visible depuis l’administration.
De plus les mails sont claires et avec les indications du formulaire clairement rangées dans le mail même.
Je verrais à l’utilisation, mais j’en suis très content.

Best contact form plugin avaliable. Others are not free, crapfruit interfaces and clunky.
This one looks great, easy to customise and light weight.
There is Captcha and RECAPTCHA.
Hopefully in the near future, there is an easy way to set the language for the Captcha, but you can customise the rest of the plugin to use what ever language you want.
Oh, and you can review all messages in the administration of your site!
Highly recommended plugin!

I needed a simple contact form that I could customise somewhat and have placeholder text. Tried several highly rated plugins, but none were suitable. This plugin seemed to have almost everything I was looking for but didn’t allow placeholders, so I asked the dev, and they were back to me within the day with an extra piece of code to add to my theme that would let me easily add it in.
5/5 for quick and friendly support. Would recommend to everyone.
