When minimum weight or maximum weight is not set under the shipping method, then the get_option will return an empty string.
After that, the condition that starts from line 164 and ends at 166, all three conditions will return false, since you’re trying to compare a string to an integrer, that as of PHP 8 will return false. Hence the rate will not be set to the shipping method and that’s the reason it is not displayed.

Non-strict comparisons between numbers and non-numeric strings now work by casting the number to string and comparing the strings. Comparisons between numbers and numeric strings continue to work as before. Notably, this means that 0 == "not-a-number" is considered false now.
THE SOLUTION
Surround minimum_weight and maximum_weight variable values with floatval function or just type cast to float.

Our customers are experiencing website issues regarding google_cluster_js script being downloaded from https://unpkg.com/@googlemaps/markerclustererplus/dist/index.min.js.
It appears that this problem is related to unpkg being unstable lately. We have customers that has different packages being used from unpkg and they have been also experiencing issues with it. Because of these issues, sometimes website loading times are very long or website is not even accessible because of timeout.
I would recommend using different cdn (for example https://www.npmjs.com/package/@googlemaps/markerclustererplus) for this script.
Also, if your styles and scripts are being used only during checkout – I would recommend to load them only when needed (checkout page) for better performance.

In EU and USA/CAN shipping zones Venipak Courier methods doesnt work correctly. Shipping fee doesnt get added to total, but its tax is. Olso Shipping fee is not showing. U can check screenshot i added.

you are providing wrong tracking number.
On the product information you providing tracking number which is actually “pack_number” but not tracking.
So when trying to get tracking info, it’s not showing anything, but when logged in to vanipack platform, whowing right number and showing tracking.

Just wanted to let you guys know that this plugin lacks multisite support. Fortunately it shouldn’t require much to make it multisite-compatible. For example most AJAX calls are not working in a multisite environment because multisite uses different URL for each site, but most references to AJAX use the default site URL. So if your network has a site with a URL https://example.com/ee/ then AJAX calls are directed to https://example.com/. This will be a problem if you don’t have the plugin enabled AND configured on your master site. For example this bug effects the “Print labels” and “Print manifest” buttons.
Just thought I’d let you guys know. Would be nice to get multisite support in future updates. Thank you for your attention.
