We get the error “Fatal error: Declaration of Symfony\Component\Translation\TranslatorInterface::getLocale() must be compatible with Symfony\Contracts\Translation\LocaleAwareInterface::getLocale(): string in wc-planzer-shipping/vendor/symfony/translation/TranslatorInterface.php on line 69”.

It happens when Testmode is off.

The order status is updated to “Transmit to Planzer”. We receive the packaging slip / label but the order is not transmitted to Planzer.

There is an issue when generating the delivery label manually. It triggers the following fatal error:

Hi,

We have configured the plugin and we see the order in the Planzer website in the section Track&Trace.

But the weight and dimensions that are in Woocommerce don’t go to the order in Planzer paket portail.

So great that this plugin is being developed – we haven’t configured it yet but it should save us a bunch of time!

Is there a way to cusomise the label that get’s sent in the email? (through our own php/html?

secondly, is it possible to change order statuses when a package is delivered (I.e when planzer cofirms a delivery, the order status on woocommerce would then move to confirmed?
