When can you update the plugin with new bank options with BDO, Metrobank, and Landbank?
]]>Hi, we’d like to switch to the new, block-based checkout on our WooCommerce site, but it seems that the your Woocommerce plugin needs an update to be compatible with this feature. Could you please let me know if an update is planned to support the block-based checkout? We’d appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

]]>API Keys are properly added, Price is more than 100 pesos, Currency is set to PHP.

Is there anyone I can call to sort this out? We needed the payment option within this week.

Credit card payment is not working.
]]>With the recent GCash issues, we’re seeing the rising popularity of the Maya gateway.
With this option in our checkout, it’s noticeable how the Maya icon is very small and hard to read:
Hope the Maya icon will be swapped to a different one, making it the same width as GCash and GrabPay.
Cheers!

Issue when paying for an order using Credit Card via “Customer Payment Page ->” (located in the admin Order page, when order status is “Pending Payment”).
“Customer Payment Page ->” redirects to “/checkout/order-pay” page which allows users to pay their unpaid orders.
When customer attempts to fill in their card details and proceeds to payment, page just refreshes.
Other payment methods work fine.

According to Woocommerce, this behaviour should only apply to products marked as virtual AND downloadable.

Hi guys,
Gcash getting Refunded. Using woocommerce. Gcash only works when manual paymongo link is created. It goes through the entire motion but then after a while gcash gets refunded and order in woocommerce becomes pending waiting for payment.
Any thoughts?

]]>Hi,
I have configured woocommerce to use “BPI Payments via PayMongo” in Payment settings.
but during checkout, the user is receiving “dob payment method on bpi is not allowed for your account” error in checkout page.
When i asked Paymongo’s support, we were told “BPI Online Banking is now activated in your account. You may now start accepting online bank transfer payments from your customer!”
So im confused, is the BPI online banking is the same as BPI Direct online?
Thanks very much
]]>Hi,
So there was a mistake in the creation of our Paymongo Account, the email used in the Paymongo Account was a personal email and not the corporate email.
The activation went through and that account is now linked to our WooCommerce account.
What we need to happen:
1. Change the Paymongo Account – ongoing
2. Unlink that Paymongo Account with our WooCommerce/Wordpress website
We have reached out to Paymongo support for this and currently waiting for their reply on the matter. We think the account deletion would not be a problem with them.
But the linking of that account with WooCommerce is the other side of the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
]]>Hi!
Upon checking our SMTP emails, I’ve noticed that orders placed via PayMongo will not only send the order confirmation, but also the WooCommerce email for “ Customer invoice / Order details”
The latter is supposed to be sent only manually. But seems the PayMongo plugin is triggering this for every successful payment.
How do I turn this off?
Thank you!!

]]>Hi,
First, thank you for developing this plugin. Can you add a feature where we can configure the page to return to the merchant if the payment didn’t push through/failed payment (Ex. insufficient fund return to the merchant[link to the unsuccessful payment page]).
Thank you.
Or can I set the return to the merchant on the front page of our website not to the wc_order page for failed payment?

Can you please fix this ASAP as we are currently doing a Christmas fundraising on our online store?
Thank you,
