Hello, I’ve only activated payment on delivery because customers don’t pay online but when they pick up their goods at the store.

I’d like to use Membership but if I activate another payment method, it’s displayed on the order page and that’s not what’s needed.

To keep my site in click and collect with Membership, do I need to use another plugin?

Hello, I have a problem when I want to select a membership and create an account.

I select a plan, and I go to this page: https://ibb.co/3kZvZNY If I create a new account (https://ibb.co/vxLbL2x), when I go to payments there’s a message that shows that my cart is empty (https://ibb.co/C1m0XPR), but I had selected the plan before.

Once I’m logged in, I can do the same steps and it works properly. The problem appears when I try to get a membership and create an user at the same time.

Save Button Isn’t Working
I can save all but memberships.

I have created 4 membership plans as Free $0, Silver $10, Sold $25 Platinum $50.

Now let say a vendor already having a Silver plan and after 2 month suppose he decides to switch to Platinum plan……in this case how the differential amount will be calculated? I am not getting option of Upgrade Membership. It is just showing Cancel Membership.

I am using a custom vendor membership page for vendor registration. I have so far set a free memebership, which after a user selects they are send to a registsration form and after filling in the form, when they click register they are taken to the default vender membership page and had them automatically approved while I have set that they be approved manually. I get no email and the vender gets no email that their registration is approved or pending manual approval.

I also realised that if I remove the custom page and use the default memebership page, the register button of the free membership does not work. The page shortcode is still on the page. I really dont know what I am getting wrong here, please help.

i’ve added a file/image custom field in the registration.
The user can upload an image but it isn’t show correctly in the media library.
In wordpress media library it looks like it’s broken and i have to copy the url and reupload it to wordpress to see the image thumbnail correctly.

I’m using woocommerce vendors with subscriptions.

When my vendors click ‘orders’ in /store-manager/orderslist/ they get this error:

I am getting errors and issues out the wazoo and I wrote to Wolmart as im using the multi Vendor theme,they told me its an Elementor issue – some of the issues are the muti vendor plugin and some are elementors but all this ping ponging around is getting annoying – why is there not a central support system for all aspects of this plugin – I have done nothing all week but try to troubleshoot issue after issue and wrote to support that sends to me other support?
When I first starting using this set up things were great but then when I started needing support the whole scenario is making me angry and want my money back.

I want to add a free trial on a membership plan I have. I have created a Woocommerce product to link with the plan. Here are the price settings I have

Woocommerce product price :- 9
Trial Billing Period :- 1 Month
Trial Billing Amount :- (blank)
Billing Amount Each Cycle :- 5
Billing Cycle :- 6 Months
Billing Cycle Count :- 0

I want that when the user first purchase the membership they should be charged 0$ and only after the trial ends they should we charged 5$ every 6 month.

But with the current setup they are charged 9$ (the price of the product) for first time. If I change the product price to 0$ then on the checkout page the section to enter credit card details disappear so how it will deduct the Billing Cycle amount.

What am I doing wrong?
