using extra product option pppm plugin by theme isle. when i convert the currency it converts the product price but not the option price only updates its symbol and value remain the same for some reason

On my job website https://officeedits.com I have selected various currencies for customer convenience, the base currency being USD. I am based in India. On the (Jobs) /requests page when I switch the currency it simply changes the currency symbol and not the rate. This is very confusing for customers and raises all kinds of doubts from them. How can this error be corrected?

my plugin for the cash is wp-rocket and it is compatible with your plugin I have tried many browsers
I have enabled Auto Select currency and I set geo API to woocommerce and currency by country When it didn’t work
I have disabled all plugins and only activate your plugin and wooCommerce and I have tried another theme all in vain

I have been testing your plugin and it has great potential, but I have hit an issue when using coupons, so for now I cannot go live with it.

When buying in the local currency (base WooCommerce currency) it calculates the discount correctly. When I switch to another currency configured in the plugin, e.g. euro’s, the coupon does not work as the calculation is broken. In my coupon if you buy 3 items or more, you get 20% off your purchase price. Instead of the 20% reduction I just get the error message “The maximum spend for this coupon is €0.12.” and no reduction in cart total.

I upgraded to pro and noted the exchange fee is not working as expected. At first it appeared to be doing nothing but then I realised the maths error.

In modules/APBDWMC_general.php you have this line:
$price=@$price*$this->active_currency->rate+floatval($this->active_currency->ex_fee);

This takes the price and multiplies it by the exchange rate plus the fee.
However, due to BIDMASS rules the multiplication happens first and so the exchange fee is just added to the total and not to the rate.

E.g. Price = 10, Exhchange rate is 2, fee is 0.5
Current code will make (10 * 2) + 0.5 = 20.5
When the expected result is 10 * (2 + 0.5) = 25

When our order values very from ￡150-2000 adding a fixed amount to the total doesn’t work it needs to be the rate that changes.

I fixed this on my copy for now by calculating the rate before I multiply it by the price but it will get overwritten in the next update unless you fix it to.

I wanted to report that the following currencies are giving the following error at the end of the Paypal payment flow:

“Paypal error (10605): An error (10605) occured while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner tor assistance.”

The currencies are:

UYU, ARS, CLP, PYG, BOB, PEN, COP, CNY

However, several currencies like the US dollar do work.

I changed my currency to use usd from philippine peso, but the discounted price is still in peso so when i view the cart the discounted price is being converted to usd which makes it faulty.

expected behavior should be that the discounted price is already in usd since i chose usd currency in the beginning of transaction

Hi, I have bought the licence for the premium version but I have installed it on the development website – on the subdomain new.titusarts.com. Now that I have moved the new site on the main domain – titusarts.com, the licence doesn’t work anymore.

Can you please help me with moving the licence for the purchase with the email [email protected] and Paypal transaction ID 9G351616N67367050 (March 19, 2020) to the maine domain so I can use it and delete it for the subdomain new.titusarts.com?

Thanks for awesome plugin, this works really good. I have enabled the plugin and got flags in left sidebar, it’s ok to have in desktop version however in mobile, menu section is covered with flags and user’s can;t click on anything, any suggestion?

It started to show up after my attempt to pay the product, entered payment provider’s page after checkout, but then returned back to checkout.
