]]>Ok, so here’s my problem. I set up field sets with different pricing options dependent upon the weight selected. I add the field set options to the different products. At first, this was working great. Now it seems as though the only option it pops into the cart is the smallest amount. Anyone else run into this problem?

]]>Hello, we use your plugin and it is working great! However there is an issue with LiteSpeed Caching.
It works great for some time and after that if we do not clear the cache it displays: Bad request! on the product page which is very frustrating. Can you please help us fix this issue? What must be done to make this annoying issue go away?

]]>Hello, unfortunately I have a problem with the quantity.
If I want to create a conditional expression and select “if {quantity} …” in the first field and “({quantity} * ack (‘Field01’)) + ack (‘Field02’)) +ack (‘Field03’)), the calculator always calculates the square of the quantity and does not add it up.
I then only calculated “price {quantity}*1} for the single-line formula and checked this in the frontend. Here I have seen that the calculator forms the square. So I get the result for quantity1=1, quantity2=4, quantity3=9 etc.
I then tried to take the square root from the quantity. But then I get completely different results.
What can I do or what am I doing wrong?

I have set a formula which is calculating the price correctly in the cart however it is not being updated on the frontend on the product page. I am using Woodmart theme. Can you help with this?
After I change a value the circle is circling as it is calculating new price but the old one is still there afterwards. However if I add the product to the cart in the cart the price is as it should be. It seems like a caching issue, but I still haven’t enabled the caching on the website since it is in development mode.

]]>The conditional visibility editor doesn’t work, it displays “{wck_field} is visible if field … .choose field … and on the choose field selector there are NO fields to choose from.
]]>IF you use more then two fieldsets (For instance, on a curtain, you want to use both width, height, and color), only 2 of them will show on the product page !
So turning the third fieldset on (it doesn’t matter what type, I tried with image select, image swatch, dropdown), it will eliminate the previously added 2nd option (like height) from the product

Tooltip on productpage showing on webbrowser. But on the mobile website the tooltip button/logo doesn’t show with theme bloksy child. It is there but the blackdot with question mark in it is invisible.
]]>What i want is, when my user select both width and height only then they will be able to see the price. right now the price is shown even if they select one of them (width or height).
For example, if user select width 1000 and height 1000 the price will be shown as 231.
This is what is want:
If {product_widthh} >= 1000 and {product_widthh} <= 1100 and {product_heightt} >= 1000 and {product_heightt} <= 1100 then price is 231
I think it can be done with “else if” condition but i am not sure.
Can you help me to apply this logic on my products?

I watched the videos, but there’s no mention on this. I have some optional attributes (like LED color) which are hidden if the visitor select a parent option of NO LED. The calculator however will not compute the price – I have debug output set to ON – and says I need to select all attributes. The LED Color attribute is hidden though thanks to the show/hide logic. What am I doing wrong? Thank You!
