I’ve been using Gsheet connector pro successfully to export Woocommerce orders with custom fields now for over half a year. Usually it works perfectly fine, however, every now and then, orders get randomly skipped and don’t show up in the google sheet. From looking at the order items, they don’t seem to have anything in common, so I’m not sure how to proceed to find out what’s going on.

What’s the best way to approach this?

Hi!! Does the plugin imports the historical orders or it imports from the moment you start synchronizing? If so how it’s possible to achieve that?

It seems that the Google Authentication flow is broken. After accepting permissions one gets redirected to a page that says

Oops!
404 Not Found
Sorry, an error has occured, Requested page not found!

Probably a broken link in the backend. Let me know when it’s fixed, please! ??

Add a name to your sheet

If you want to assign specific products to this sheet, search for the name of your product and click on it in the Filter by Products section

Drag the fields you want to appear in the Google sheet document

Hi – I installed this plugin and had it link up and sync to a google sheets file. The headers get created, but there’s no order data.

I have an eCommerce store and I would like to send the tracking numbers of my orders that I have in Google Sheets to Woo.

I’ve been looking for plugins and found “AfterShip”, but they only get the information from WooCommerce, but don’t sync the data to WooCommerce. So I can connect to WooCommerce, but AfterShip will not sync the order with WooCommerce, only WooCommerce will sync the orders with AfterShip.

Then I need to sync with Google Sheets and WooCommerce.
Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi I wanted to know if I can manage inventory using this plugin. The changes must be two-way and have real-time sync.

For example if I update the stock amount of product xyz to 50 from 0 on google sheets, then the website should also report a stock of 50 for product xyz. If a customer buys the product from website, the stock should decrease in the website and google sheets too automatically.

Please let me know if this is possible using this plugin.

I have installed the plugin, integrated the Google account, selected the sheet I wanted to connect, enabled all of the available tabs and submited the data. But the sheet is still empty after two successful orders on my site.

Does this plugin parse/index the entire google drive looking for spreadsheets? If so then this may be the issue as my google drive is huge and after correctly attaching to google auth I click “SAVE and Authenticate” and I can see it’s now showing the progress spinner against

So I assume it’s now trying to index a huge google drive (and will probably timeout and fail). Is there a way to avoid this and specify the folder to index or give it a path to the specific spreadsheets in some way to avoid this? I’d assume if I navigate away or anything the connector/save will be lost and I’ll start again?

I have created some custom fields in each of the woo commerce products that collect additional customer information and preferences (using Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce plugin). This is not currently exported to the google sheet in the free version. Do you support custom fields?

I also using a plugin to take partial payments (deposits). Would you be able to support these details as well. Plugin is called Deposits & Partial Payments for WooCommerce. I have not activated feature yet as I am still having some issues configuring payment gateways and “sandpit” testing.

Also, can I remove many of the unnecessary fields/header from the export and is it also possible to customize the order of the columns so that more important/relevant information is seen first?

In woocommerce backend we see the correct amount of 36.90

We have no idea where the 37.30 cames from.

The data format of that cell is set as “durata” in italian, is the last value in the “date” section of data format…

When sending completed orders to a Google spreadsheet, the Created Date column displays the date incorrectly. For example: 45007, 57708 etc.

I don’t see coupons in the sample sheet nor listed for the pro version. If coupons has been applied to the order, can they be listed on a per/order basis? If not, would you consider adding this feature? Thanks.

Hello, does this plugin automatically add order to the sheet or do I have to click fetch data every time I want to see new orders?

when I click Google sheet name (select) nothing show up but when I see that is it is currently active.
not sure why mine is not working

Hi, I was hoping to use this plugin to send WooCommerce order info to Google Sheets in our company’s shared Google Drive, but under the WooCommerce Data Settings tab, is only able to see sheets in my personal Google Drive, not the shared drive.

Assuming this can be resolved, we are looking to populate separate Google Sheets per product, rather than just one big general Google Sheet for all products. Is this possible with this plugin?
