Hi
Great plugin and very easy to setup and use. I have one question however, if the payment status of an instant payment changes with GoCardless it doesn’t update against WooCommerce orders. So for an example if the transact is successful but gives an initial response of:
“GoCardless Instant bank payment authorised (awaiting payment) ”
the WooCommerce order status is set to Pending Payment. But when the GoCardless status changes to Confirmed or Paid Out it doesn’t update the WooCommerce Status.
Please could you advice? Thanks
]]>Can someone please point me in th direction of a set up guide for this plug in?
Thanks!
]]>Hey, I have tried to set this up but I am having issues first it said insufficent permissions, then now it says there was a problem contacing GoCardless
]]>My site has multiple vendors selling different products and I would like to use your plugin?to link sales of their products to their own GoCardless accounts.
I therefore need a way to filter the live_access_token so I can provide the correct token for the product being bought.
Is this possible?
I am a developer so I’m happy to write extra code for this. Could you provide a filter for the token along with the order_id or similar parameter to allow me to determine what product is being bought?
I do a very similar?thing with PayPal (standard) and Stripe which?has been working well for years.

]]>I’m testing this in sandbox mode and I can get this working on my live site but I need to test it on my localhost where I do all my development, however it doesn’t work there. I get the following error in the checkout:
There was a problem contacing GoCardless
The error log says:
2023-11-09T13:58:42+00:00 INFO GC front end log (CustomerID: 1): Submit button clicked
2023-11-09T13:58:56+00:00 ERROR GC front end error (CustomerID: 1): Billing request setup error: {\"readyState\":0,\"status\":0,\"statusText\":\"timeout\"}
Both the live site and localhost have the same settings. GoCardless don’t allow a localhost endpoint so can this work on localhost?
]]>The plugin is installed and all set up with the live tokens, everything set up correctly in woo commerce and in go cardless but the payment widget doesn’t show on the checkout page and then when you try to complete checkout it shows “undefined: Insufficient permissions”
It’s just now showing, despite being enabled. I’ve set up hundreds of payment gateways but this one is not working as it should.
]]>Hi,
I’m trying to set up your plugin to provide GoCardless Instant Payments as a payment gateway on my WooCommerce site.
I’ve set up a sandbox GoCardless account.
When I try to make a purchase it lets me enter my name & email, then opens a Select Bank window, which has lots of erro-like messages, the first of which is “Bank Down – Consent Unknown as Bank is temporarily unavailable”.
I’m not a developer, so the GoCardless developer documentation doesn’t help. I’ve changed my PHP version to 7.4.33 as a previous reviewer mentioned that PHP 8 may not be supported yet, but I still get the same error.
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it please?
Cheers,

Hi,
I was able to manage all the necessary credentials (Live access token, Webhook secret) but it’s still showing “undefined: Insufficient permissions”
How to make it work perfectly, please?
Thank you
