using WCFM Marketplace Paypal and getting Authorization failed due to insufficient permissions whenever a vendor tries to add their paypal account. Help please.
]]>Hi there, in our staging webiste we have installed the plugin and configured everything, step by step, carefully following your guide https://docs.wclovers.com/paypal-marketplace/
When we try to simulate an order, everything goes well but the payments flux isn’t working and the order status remains “pending payment”. All the sandbox paypal accounts (partner for the marketplace, business for the vendor and personal for the buyer) don’t register any kind of movement/transaction.
Can you help us?
Hi
i am facing an issue paypal option is not showing on checkout page please help
]]>Hello,
we have passed the sandbox tests which appear to be successful, but it is impossible to connect a merchant to PayPal onboarding with whom we are in contact and who tells us that there is an API call problem which would refer to an incorrect product in the source code, the plugin no longer seems to update and does not always respond to emails…
If WCFM sees this message, please help us, or does anyone have another solution? THANKS

Hello!
It’s been 7 months since the plugin was last updated. Do you discontinue it? I would like to use it but if there will be no more work done on it to keep it up to date I have to search for an alternative.
Thanks and regards

]]>I have the older plugin (reinstalled about 3 times now) as I don’t want the split payment setup at all and want the payment to go directly to the vendor. Can the plugin be restored that it allows both? The latest version does not leave you the option. I had disabled automatic updates but the plugin was still
updated and as a result the vendor cannot see the payment option in store anymore. I have the paid versions so I expect that this is an option that should be decided by the website owners whether they want the split feature or not and leave the API details available.
Hello. I’m testing the payment flow from the buyer to the vendor and administrator. I have automatic withdrawal of payment for the vendor in the WCFM admin panel. Now the administrator receives the entire amount, the vendor receives nothing. The following errors appeared in the Woocommerce logs:

Hello,

At my order list there is no option for a order refund.
Can somebody tell me that the refund option is not avalable when I use the Direct Paypal plugin?

This plugin is Not Working for me.
Ive entered API credentials for vendor and am still receiving the payment to my PayPal account (store owner)
Can anyone help me please?
Is there a certain setting or plugin i need?
]]>Wondering if this plugin still works?
It seems to be still loading my PayPal account (store owner) when trying to purchase vendors products that have filled in their PayPal direct payment payment info.
I did use random numbers for the API as someone mentioned to test.
It says “return to mywebsite.com” when trying to pay via PayPal on a vendors product.
I figured it would say the vendors information since it would be going direct to their PayPal account.
I haven’t had the chance to pay using another PayPal account yet to test payment function.
And is this plugin ideal to hold vendor accountable for all payments/charge backs etc? Is my PayPal not going to be in danger/accountable for bad vendors since its suppose to go directly to their account and bypass mine?
Please let me know.
Thanks for your time.
]]>Hi WCFM Support,
I absolutely love this plugin, and cannot thank your team enough for creating it. However, as you know, Woocommerce and PayPal recently discontinued support for the PayPal standard payment gateway. It will be replaced with the PayPal Payments plugin, which unfortunately means this plugin will be unusable soon. So I was just wondering, do you guys plan to update this plugin to add support for the PayPal Payments plugin?
Kind regards, Anthany
]]>Hey Team,
I’ve got this plugin setup and working great, I love it!
I’m just curious if I can set up a system so users can pay with earned points instead of money.
Is this possible?
Thanks!
]]>Hi, I have installed your plugin along with the standard woocommerce paypal plugin.
I have been testing the plugin in localhost for building one of my site. I have entered the sandbox account for Vendor direct payment and also Sandbox API credentials.
on the other hand, on default woocomerce paypal payments I did sandbox as well.
While making payments, payment goes to site owners paypal (WC default Paypal options), and nothing goes directly to vendor’s account.
Also, withdrawal option comes into Ledgerbook which proves money is on Admin account.
So why it’s happening to me? Is it because of sandbox or what?
Any help will be highly apprecaited.
Thank you
]]>It may sound unusual, but I’m looking for a plugin that has such functionality to integrate ‘Paypal(or stripe connect or any other split payment system in between seller and admin).’
Since I already have created user’s dashboard pages (woocommmerce endpoints), etc.
I only need a payment system on my website.
So I want to add ‘payment methods’ on the user’s dashboard, and Paypal or split(commission) payment function at checkout.
(there’s no cart page on my website, so the users will be directed to the checkout page.)
So what I thought is I could work if I install the marketplace place like WCFM and hide the WCFM default dashboard on the front end, using the payment system only. If that makes sense?
I know it is an unusual question, but please reply if anyone knows about it or has any idea for the payment system in the multivendor websites.
Thank you
]]>Hello dear WCFM team,
I have WCFM Direct PayPal installed and am currently testing it. Before that I installed WCMp and tested WCMp PayPal Marketplace. It looks like WCMp has developed a plugin that can split PayPal payments to multiple merchants.
Please take a look to this page: https://wc-marketplace.com/product/wcmp-paypal-marketplace/
I like WCFM much better than WCMp and it meets many of my needs. PayPal is very popular in Germany and it is therefore a pity that WCFM Direct PayPal cannot split payments. Will there be any further development? That would be fantastic and I would also pay for such a plugin. Please have a look at the WCMp PayPal Marketplace plugin. What they can do, I’m sure you can too.
Thanks very much!
I installed the PayPal Direct plugin, but Vendors don’t have access to the “Payment” option in their store-settings. Am I doing something wrong?
Option 2.1.2 in this article doesn’t exist on my store: https://docs.wclovers.com/vendor-payment/
https://take.ms/47onu is what my options look like.
Is there a setting I’m missing? In “Capabilites” the payments option is enabled.
]]>Hi,
I am using this plugin but each time I want to add a second product to my cart, this message appears
Item(s) from one store already in your cart. First checkout with those and then purchase from other stores!
I don’t use any custom code to restrict “one vendor’s products” checkout at a time.
how to fix this issue
Many thanks
]]>Is there a complement that allows having several carts so that the buyer can pay to each store? ??
Do you have a pro version of the plugin?
]]>Hi,
setting up Marketplace + Direct PayPal, I see in ‘Settings–>payment settings’ of the Marketplace two fields: ‘PayPal Client ID’ and ‘PayPal Secret Key’.
These fields are present in the general Woocommerce Payment settings too (now, with the new ‘PayPal Payments’ plugin).
Are the value to be placed into these two parts the same?
I set them that way, but I receive this error:
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-PAYEE_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED
Thanks.
]]>Will your plugin work with the new WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin?
]]>I’ve connected the plugin to Paypal sandbox and could successfully send money from a personal to a business account if the currency is the same. However if a transaction is done from a personal account in USD to a business account in EUR, then the money is sent to the main account instead (so it’s not directly sent to the vendor anymore).
Is it suppose to be that way? The problem with this is some of our vendors might have a business Paypal account that is not in USD (the main currency used by the store), but payment would still need to be made directly.
Other info:
-If the checkout currency is changed via a currency switcher to EUR then the vendor with a EUR account will receive the money directly
-If all the vendors has a USD account and the checkout currency is changed via a currency switcher then the money is send to the main account instead (so it’s not directly sent to the vendor anymore) in the respective currency.

]]>Hello. Please develop the same addon for the PayU gateway. Direct payments to suppliers, no split payments and no admin commission (one basket, one supplier). PayU is suitable for the Russian Federation.
Or PayU Marketplace compatibility. It will be even better.

Please.
Hi WCFM Support,
I recently downloaded your direct PayPal pay plugin and I was testing it and came across something. As a vendor I added a PayPal account that does not have any API credentials (personal account, not business), then I entered random numbers into the API fields and saved it. I then used another account to purchase a product from the vendor to see what would happen. The payment was successful and went to the PayPal account email the vendor provided, and the email the vendor received even said that the sale was eligible for seller protection: https://snipboard.io/IHPf0B.jpg . So I was wondering if someone could tell me what the API credentials actually do? Because it seems the transaction went through fine without them.
Thank you for your time, Anthany

Is it possible to use our business PayPal API credentials and disable the vendors to enter it or view it?
