I have a form on a product page that needs to be filled out per quantity ordered.
eg.
First name
Last name
Date of birth
If a customer orders a quantity of 3 for the product, I need 3 instances of that form to be entered.
Currently, I’ve only managed to configure the form on the product page for one instance by default.
Is this type of functionality achievable?

im messaging you beacuse of a problem I have on website im creating. Its eshop trough WooCommerce. The thing is currency switching works on every aspect of the eshop but not when it comes to WC Fields Factory field – flat fee is added for this field for example if user chooses one checkbox the price is bigger by 250 (in current/default currency). But problem comes when I switch the currency. The fee is still 250, which is not good. Im using Czech Crowns – so the default fee is 250K?. Second currency Im using are Euros. So the price after switching should not be 250 but 10€ an so on. Can you please help me? The currency switcher plugin Im using is FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce.

I’m facing an issue with client side validation and I found a thread with exactly the same issue but it was closed without a solution. After almost 2 years the issue still occurs.

Here a quick recap:
if a user try to click the “Add to cart” button before all fields are ok, all fields are duplicated with ‘display: none’ so even if the user back to fill all the original visible fields, client validation fail because duplicated hidden fields are empty.
Disabling client validation is a UX bad workaround because on page reload user must fill all fields one more time (even if he missed just one field).
Could you investigate and give a proper solution?

]]>We capture dog collar nameplate information via WC Fields Factory. We have been using this since 2018. Recently, the customer information is no longer appearing on the checkout page. It is present in the cart, but when the customer proceeds to checkout the information is lost. The information does not appear on the final order either so we are having to email customers who purchase the custom nameplate collars for their nameplate information. All settings are configured to appear in the checkout and as editable. Please provide a fix as soon as possible.

I’ve been using your Field Factory plugin on my site?[ redundant link removed ]?since January 2024, but since the end of April, the plugin hasn’t been working properly: the fields are displayed correctly on the product page, customers can fill in the fields, but this information isn’t transferred to the shopping basket or to the order in the BO. So I don’t have access to customer information. It seems that this is due to an update to your module, which is incompatible with my FunnelKit 1-page shopping basket module. Can you adapt your module to make it compatible again?

If we enable cloning in the plugin settings, then EVERY quantity > 1 is added as a separate line item.
It would be great if Cloning could be enabled ***per Field Group*** rather than ALL off or ALL on. Each Field Group does have a cloning setting, but if Cloning is disabled in Settings, the Field Group setting to allow cloning is ignored.
The original ticket responder did not read my post, so they did not realize that:
In our case, to be clear, we want the Cloning off on all products EXCEPT those in the Field Group. We DO want to turn on Cloning for the products matching the conditions in the Field Group.
However, if we turn off Cloning in General Settings, it disables the cloning in the Field Group as well. The Field Group shows Cloning as ON, but the General Settings make it so that is ignored.
This means, to be reiterate so it is not lost again as it was in the original post that, the problem is that:
Cloning must be enabled for ALL products or NO products.
Cloning turned ON in Field Group does NOTHING if the General Settings have Cloning turned OFF.
The fix is to enable Field Group Cloning to WORK even if General Settings have Cloning Turned off.

I just noticed that it doesn’t show the price + taxes on the product page, even though I set Woocommerce to input prices without taxes but publicly show prices with taxes. In fact, if you choose an option and add to cart, in the cart the price is shown taxes included, but on the product page taxes aren’t considered. Is there by chance a setting I missed somewhere? I am using the plugin to display some options for the end user and on the products single page, the normal price is equal to the sales price (the crossed one = displayed price). On the shop page the price is displayed correctly and also on the product single page, on page load the price is displayed correctly, it is changed after a few seconds.

I have found what i think is an oversight in the plugin. When you click ‘order again’ from the account page in woocommerce. The process fails because the file validation fails. I am trying to find a hook within the plugin to allow me to bypass validation in these cases (as the original file is already referenced in the metadata). Any help would be much appreciated.
