Hi.
We’ve to use the easyCredit Plugin for our Website/-shop.
It works fine, but we have a problem with the mobile navigation-button.
If the easyCredit-plugin is active, then the BURGER won’t work and so we can’t use the mobile navigation. If I deactivate the plugin it works fine.
Tried with several themes, always the same effect.

When the plugin is active in Woocommerce 9.1.1 all orders (even with Paypal etc.) the delivery address is blocked with the easycredit sentence. That shouldn’t happen and we have to modify that part to make the shop usable again.

Hi,

when using woocommerce germanized, you will have a checkbox to approve the ‘AGB’ and the ‘Widerrufsbestimmungen’ before clicking ‘Kostenpflichtig bestellen’.
While using this plugin, the checkbox won’t get checked and you can hit the Buy button without checking the checkbox.

As this is needed by law, please patch this or even provide a code snippet to fix this behavior.

after hitting the ‘buy now’ button within the checkout, I get a popup to switch to the ratenkauf website.
After confirming the popup, the customer will already receive a order confirmation mail, even if it is not paid yet (or even checked by ratenkauf).

Also, if the user uses the ‘back’ button on the browser, he will be redirected back to the shop checkout (which is the expected behavior). But then, when again using the ‘buy now’ button, the user will receive the very same order confirmation mail like before. Thus, the user can receive multiple order confirmation mails (which may or may not result in spam detection and therefore server ip blocking by some mail providers).

seit jüngsten Updates vor rund 2 Tagen funktioniert EasyCredit nicht mehr. Der Kunde wird zur Teambank rausgeleitet, stellt den Antrag, wird zum Shop zurückgeleitet und BEKOMMT DORT DIE ADRESSDATEN DES VORIGEN KUNDEN ANGEZEIGT!

Kann es ein caching Problem sein? (am Caching wurde jedoch nichts ge?ndert)
Hat hier jemand schonmal ein ?hnliches Problem wahrgenommen?

Hello, since a short time the payment method easycredit is no longer displayed in the payment methods.
The instalment module is displayed in the shopping basket but I cannot select the easycredit payment method at any time.

wir nutzen schon seit fast 2 Jahren das Plugin. Seit einer Woche gibt es ein Problem bei der Zahlungsabwicklung, sodass wir diese Zahlungsm?glichkeit jetzt deaktivieren müssten.

Das Problem:
Wenn easyCredit-Ratenkauf aktiviert ist, ist es nicht m?glich Produkte mit anderen Zahlungsm?glichkeiten zu kaufen bzw. es ist nicht m?glich die Bestellung abzuschlie?en. Der Button “Jetzt kaufen” funktioniert einfach nicht.

Wenn easyCredit-Ratenkauf deaktiviert ist, kann man andere Zahlungsm?glichkeiten nutzen und die Bestellung abschlie?en.

K?nnen Sie mir bitte dabei helfen das Problem zu l?sen.
Wir wollen easyCredit-Ratenkauf weiterhin als Zahlungsm?glichkeit anbieten.

We have installed the ratenkauf by easyCredit for wooCommerce plugin. This plugin installs a widget on the cart page, which give the buyer the option to pay in installments.

We would like to move this widget to a more prominent position on the cart page. I know how to use functions to add content to the page, but I need to know what code, or shortcode, I could use to display the widget.

I have downloaded and explored the plugin, but I can’t work out how it hooks into the Woocommerce cart page.

after update to 1.6.7 this plugin no longer works. I have to rollback to 1.6.6.

Errors:
– it’s no longer displayed in woocommerce as payment options
– it’s no longer displayed on any product
– ultimately, it doesn’t appear at all

Hi,
I created a new order manually in Woocommerce because the wanted product is not published in our webshop (with good reasons).
In my order in the Woocommerce backend, I have a link which leads directly to an order summary page plus the possibility to pay the order. With other payment methods, I can send this link to the customer and he/she can pay for the order I manually created without being forced to enter the checkout.
But with Easycredit, there is always an error message that the shop is not correctly configured.

However, the “normal” payment within the checkout works.
I activated the “Debug Logging” – but where is the log file for Easy Credit?
