when we have added this plugin tax not applied on shipping price. its working only on subtotal price.

We are having an issue with this plugin in that the values for the shipping are not being pulled through into the total tax value. All other shipping methods have a Tax Status that can be enabled allowing the tax to be added in the cart totals.

Hi, Great plugin, but it does not recognize amounts after 2. I have 5 different variants and different $ amounts. so the third one $150-$200 = 10 shipping it does not use. it charges the one before that $8.
