    It is unclear where Pro users go for support.


    I’ve looked over my purchase receipt, logged into my Gumroad membership account… can’t find the front door. The receipt clearly states:

    – 1 license key lifetime for 1 website
    – no limit of developers
    – 1 year of subscription for updates and new features
    – support


    If we’re not allowed to post questions about the Pro version here and there’s no link to Pro support forum, then how do we ask questions for issues pertaining to the Pro version?

    I need to ask about the suddenly disappearing menu toggle and site logo when migrating from Webyx Free to Pro versions…

    It’s not unclear at all.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
