How to Add filter by tag please, thank you!

Hi! Thanks for the plugin!

I translated the plugin into Russian, but for some reason the language pack is not used in the plugin interface. Please check that the plugin is configured correctly.

I have configured a filter on my page to filter the categories (hierarchical) of the products. The filter works as if it was using the “OR” setting, but it is set to “AND” in the plugin’s settings, which is how I need it to work. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you and have a good day!

The plugin stopped working after a while. The settings page and editing of the filter form does not open.
I tried disabling plugins, but I didn’t touch anything. At first, the plugin worked.

I’m using the WCAPF plugin v4.2.0 on WordPress v6.6 on WooCommerce v9.1.2  .

I want to address  2 issues I got after a wordpress & woocommerce update . 

#ISSUE1

After clicking on the WCAPF settings options, it gives a blank page that prevents me from getting access to modify the settings  .

#ISSUE2

The WCAPF prevent the products page to automatically  scroll to the top after clicking on the next page number.

I hope you can fix these issues very soon .

Hello, I would like to change url to category url when user click category in filter. I disable ajax. But when I choose category there is always URL as parameter at the end: /?product-cat=samplecat instead of friendly category links.

Last update was 7 months ago, so I am wondering if this plugin is still supported?

I need to rename the two WooCommerce product types “simple” and “external“:

• “simple” –> “Document”
• “external” –> “Link”

I tried this:

It works in the WP back-end (list of WooCommerce products). But it doesn’t work on the front-end filters of WCAPF. Actually the plugin seems to display the raw values of ‘product_type’ (“simple” and external” in lowercase) instead of their display name, which brings another problem for non-English websites (my case), and won’t make much sense for end-users.

Is my code above correct? Would it be possible to make it work with the plugin?

Hi There,

The sorting of the categories doesn’t work when you create a new categorie. It will put it at the bottom of the categories. I t won’t put new categories on the top, neither if you sort it.

Please advice

In the free or pro version, is the following possible?

• Show a list of buttons with all product categories (not empty ones)
• If you click on one category load all child categories with ajax
• If you click on a child category load all prodiucts with ajax
• If you click on a child category that has more child categories, load subsections sub categories wiuth ajax etc…

I need to hide prices.
But with your plugin if users use the filters, after product are loaded with ajax price are displayed.
I’s a way to hide prices?

Hello, i have integrated your plugin to custom theme and when checking filters – ajax does not load the results, only spins loader for few seconds. With ajax disabled – results works.

Can you please check why its not working with ajax? I use default wordpress loop for products listing:

Filter not wanted working on Avada theme. I need filtering products by price and attributes. When I choose attributes it is not remove another products without choose attributes.

I have been using the free version and have already created filters. I just purchased the Pro version so I can use the filters on different pages. When I load and activate the new pro plugin will my existing filter be deleted?

I need help regarding the filter functionality actually I’m using your plugin on my wordpress website. Here is the category page link https://giostockings.com/product-category/limited-edition/
Everything is working fine. I’m getting issues while filtering the products I mean when I’m filtering the products it returns out-of-stock product also. For Example: If I’ll choose ‘8.5’ size from the ‘Product Size’ filter it returns all the products with the 8.5 variations even the variation are out of stock.

I set this filter https://giostockings.com/product-category/limited-edition/?size=8-5 it returns this product also but the filtered variation is out of stock https://giostockings.com/product/mysterious-mulberry-limited-edition-fully-fashioned-nashville-heel-stockings/

I want only in-stock variations product in filtered products.

Is it possible to have the Apply button in your filter? I would like to have the possibility to select a couple of Product Categories and then press the Apply button.

I don’t want each click on a category in the filter to trigger a product search.

Since few days I noticed that the price filter shows only a limited range of prices available in my shop. It is limited to Min Price:?€1185 and Max Price:?€1275, while my shop has items below and above these two numbers.

We are looking for a new paid filter plugin that provides the following:

Mandatory

• Filter by Category, Brand (WC Brands plugin), Price (input fields), In Stock
• Has a “Show more” and “Show less” option to expand and contract filter lists that MUST work on ALL items in the filter sections (eg. if set to show 12 items in category section, it MUST include both parent and child categories)
• Product variation support (we will be adding product variations shortly based on equipment condition, as we deal in used equipment, so would want customers to be able to filter by equipment condition within these product variations)
• Supports infinite scrolling (which we already have installed on category pages)
• Caching (this is important, as our current filter plugin causes high server resource spikes when loading pages, particularly our search results page with filter on it, and actually causes our website to crash/not load correctly)

Optional

• Filter by ACF fields (Advanced Custom Fields)

Can you please let us know if your filter plugin supports these items.

Could someone give directions as to how to add a filter for the dimension of my products (in centimetres). This is the filed that woo uses in the shipping section of the product (see screenshot).

I have already tried to create attributes as length and width for my products but the problem with that is that woo doesn’t have an attribute type for continuous numbers.

I installed WCAPF plugin and it’s working with default shop page. In my website I use Divi plugin and create custom theme for shop page. I see the filters in side panel but it doesn’t filter products. It looks like the filters and products are not connected. Is there a way to connect it?

How to hide/exclude out of stock produsts?

example:
attribute Size
10 products in shop, 5 “big”, 5 “small”, but available only 2 big and 3 small.

….and filter count and show 5big, 5 smal.

Plugin use woocommerce_hide_out_of_stock_items option, but i want this option as NO, only in plugin filtering as YES.

Maybe adding filter to method hide_stock_out_items() ?

Since when temporarily disabled the plugin disappear from the widget and it is annoying to put it back again.

When I use search and there are identifiers in the address bar, when using your filter (attributes), the filter breaks.
