The plugin used to work fine until some months ago, everytime I tried to open the plugin runs for a while and stops in a blank screen, no error code is showing. Can you help me with this issue ?

I currently use cloudflare as a CDN, I found that this plugin only captures the visitor’s cloudflare proxy IP, not the visitor’s real IP, I checked the plugin code and found that it is only from the file class-sfa-abandoned-carts-recorder.php

Get the IP, but in the case of using CDN, the cloudflare CDN IP is recorded,
So I suggest modifying the logic of obtaining the IP address in order to obtain the real IP of the visitor.
I currently put the code'ip_address' => $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']
changed to'ip_address' => $_SERVER["HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP"] ?? $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']
At present, the real IP of the visitor can be obtained normally when using cloudflare CDN.
Does this plugins capture the phone number too, or just the e-mail? Tks! ??

I recently went to update my client’s version of WooCommerce and it threw up a warning, saying that “Abandoned Cart Reports For WooCommerce” has not been tested as compatible with it.
WordPress is also warning that it hasn’t been tested with the latest version of WordPress and says there hasn’t been an update for over 6 months.
Just wondering if you will be running these tests soon and providing an update if needed?

]]>Plugin is not showing IP address of those who abandon the cart before putting in their details.
Would have considered this to be most important because once a customer has put his details in the form then he is mentally committed to buying and highly unlikely to back out at that stage.
I have done several test purchases putting in all card details plus email address etc before backing out and even then it does not flag up and abandonment.
What gives?

It seems that the problem comes from the PHP version, above 7.1.
Cannot have these two digits, here is the error message I got:
“Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /htdocs/kinic-formation.fr/wp-content/plugins/wc-abandoned-carts-by-small-fish-analytics/admin/charts/class-sfa-abandoned-carts -abandoned-chart.php on line 49 ”
This code seems to be causing the problem: “+ = $ cart-> get_cart_total ();”

In my client’s abandoned cart emails, the images are showing as HTML code. <> are converted to < > and the quotes don’t match. Example below:

This just started happening. It might have started with the latest update of WordPress. The site is on WP 5.3.2.

It doesn’t look like there was a final resolution, but the conversation was around the size of the plugin’s wp_sfa_abandoned_carts table, and some potential indexing issues.
The issue I’m currently having on my site is when loading: ?page=sfa-abandoned-carts on my admin panel. It takes a really long time to load – several minutes. I’ve looked at my DB table and its not nearly as large as the poster in the link above. My table is ~ 14MB. I have almost 8,000 rows.
I have a staging environment – so my first thought was to check the performance there. The admin page loads immediately. But the table is much smaller, ~400 rows. I then imported the data for that table from my live site into stage without making any other changes. The page again took forever to load. My versions were identical for this plugin, WP and Woocommerce.
I’m looking at the structure and it doesn’t look like there are any indices on the table at all – save for the Primary Key. I’ve got to think that has something to do with this. Are you able to shed any light on the issue, what was the outcome of your testing from the link above? And in terms of the queries the plugin runs – which columns would you recommend I index if I were going to fix the problem myself?
