Is it possible or plans to have this plugin translatable between different languages?
]]>I want to manually place the shortcode, which works properly but when i then deselect all post types in the settings are i receive a critical error upon saving. I need to at least select one post type. PLase check this.

I added the plugin and used the shortcode to display it. I used CSS to modify the appearance but it’s not working. Also, where can I see the data collected?
]]>Hi Plugin developer,
I need help to understand this To view records enabled using a short code for a specific page or post.
Please see this : https://prnt.sc/_YsHL3zV_OY5
And share your point.
Thanks.
]]>Is it possible to control the position of the question on the page?
Is it possible for the question to be displayed on specific pages and not be seen on other pages?
Can I visually define how the question will look?
This plugin is too good, but it would be even better if you extended it with the possibility to leave a comment if a post was not useful, so that it can be improved in the future. Can I expect that improvement soon? I want to test it on my site, where I need something like that.
]]>I have other plugins displaying on the bottom of my blog posts. I’d like to move the feedback bar to the top of these – directly underneath the post. Is there a way I can adjust this?
]]>I love this plug in!
Is there a way to add comments?
So say if someone says no it wasn’t helpful, it could change to a comments box, where they could type in why it wasn’t helpful, then that would go to an email.
]]>How can I enable this for projects only and disable for pages and posts?

Thank you!
I wanted to use only shortcode block but an error occurs when you try to disable all Post Type
options.

Is it possible to display only in posts under a specific category?
]]>Hey there,
Your plugin is great. Few questions.
Can we add if(!function_exists()) around all the plugin functions? This would make it easy to rewrite the functions without altering the plugin code.
Also, I would like to make the plugin translatable. Are you willing to put the repository on github and willing to accept help?
Thanks
]]>Hello
if we tick pages in settings the shortcode will be displayed on all pages. in woocommerce there cart, checkout are pages. Showing on such pages is not good. So enable an option to disable in some pages.
]]>Hi,
Does it work on amp posts?
Thanks
]]>I’ve just found this plugin and have customised the YES/NO to be thumbs up and thumbs down, but I’ve noticed that once you interact with it and get the thank you message, when you return to that page after browsing the rest of the site, the message is removed and just a blank box remains, can this be fixed so that the message stays with the user until they have closed their browser.
Thank you

The Gate
I made changes to the question and answers, because the page I’m working on is in german. And it works on the other pages but one still has english text.
I rested the cache on client- and serverside.
Do you have a solution to update this?
Its the same on this page and it works fine:
https://www.malteser-kinderhilfe.at/ueber-uns/unser-haus/
Can you please help me to do that.
]]>Thank you for the plugin, it is proving very useful for us.
Please consider adding an option to disable the feedback button on pages. I don’t mind the buttons appearing on Privacy Policy or Terms Of Service pages but it feels out of place for custom-built pages when using a page builder.
]]>Hi There,
I love this plugin, it is simple and clean. But the Yes and No button is not clickable or active. Can you please help?
]]>Hi – First up, great work! The plugin is excellent. Simple and fast.
But, I want the ‘was this article helpful’ to be not shown on pages, I only wish it to be displayed on posts.
Is there any CSS trick or code that you can suggest to me to not show it on pages?
Your help will be highly appreciated!
]]>hello,
is it possible to permanently show the number of positive feedbacks (“YES” button) in front?
The plugin is not activated if you load post content via rest api.
I investigated and found that the is_singular()
function always returns a false
value if the request in rest api.
I suggest you change the code as follows:
global $post;
// show on only selected post types
if(in_array($post->post_type, $selected_post_types)){
]]>
After adding to articles even deactivating the message does not disappear
]]>Nice and helpful plugin!
The ability to sort posts/pages by the Helpful column is very lacking.
Wow, thank you for this plugin
I really love your work:
I love how flexible you made this plugin. but did find something missing
And that was a report.
1)
As the plugin asks if the article was helpful but I wish it did have a function to ask for the user’s feedback
For example, if a reader selects no,
It would say “oh my” and have a text field where the user can give a text written report why he or she did not find it helpful.
And after writing the feedback and sending it.
it would say ” Thanks for your feedback!”
For example, if a reader selects yes,
It would say “Am glad you loved it” and have a text field where the user can give further opinions of text written report of what made him love it and what can make him or her read more.
And after writing the feedback and sending it.
it would say ” Thanks for your feedback!”
In all the most important thing in the feature is that
It should be able to send feedback and email to the “author of the post” and “Admin”
Some may say let it store it in a database viewable in the admin but I would say that can be optional and should have a feature to delete itself after 30 days
As the goal is to help the writer find his faults and set a driven path to building his or her articles, page or etc.
\
2) For BuddyPress users,
It would be nice to have a tab in the profile of the author called “Article feedback”
where all the feedbacks and text response of the article created can be sent and saved.
Giving ease and flexible use
Hope to hear back from you soon.
In all thank you for this beautiful plugin
