I used the appointment beta so it would run with PHP 8 and it worked, but after the update to the production version, I am now on Version 2.6.7, WordPress 6.6.2 using PHP 8.2, it stopped working.

Accessing my Wappointment services under settings shows the “Error Loading elements()” and no services are shown in the list, even so I can see them in the database.

How can this problem be fixed ? Thank you.

I am feeling frustrated as I try to contact support and only get silence.

I have encountered an issue with the Wappointment plugin after adding a group service. When I book an appointment for this group service, I notice that the client ID is showing as null in the database. However, in the one-by-one service, the client ID is showing correctly in the database.

My navigator is totally in French and my WordPress also but I can’t have the dates and a few other strings translated.

I still have :
– Mon 4/29 Tue 4/30 etc … in agenda page
– 08[8]00 | 09[9]00 | 15[3]00 as hours in agenda page
– m t w t f s s with popins “Monday” ‘Thuesday” tec in settings page above availabilities
– Days are also in EN into the availabilities edit table.

The majority of the other texts are very well translated, however.

Is there any trick to have all the dates translated ?

I would really like to provide the package as a service. I want to sell a package of three sessions on my website. I would like this to be a product of itself.

The person can choose the appointment date for the first session when purchasing the package. And then with the package code they can book two more times.

How can I do this with wappointment?

My booked meetings are not generating the zoom link automatically. The meeting page just shows the meeting information and states “The meeting room link will appear once it is time to start.” but it never appears when the meeting starts. I need this fixed ASAP as my clients are facing a lot of issues.?

I have rechecked zoom integration and it is fine and meetings are being created in my zoom account, but my clients never get zoom link.

I’m not sure what’s going on but I can explain the issues that seem to be connected.

When I visit my scheduling page and emergency services page, they both show “None available” (same shortcode).

When I view the Calendar submenu in the backend at

I get this message in a popup and then a completely blank screen.

There is no active calendar change that in Wappointment > Settings > Calendars

I can see in the browser’s console log that

My integrations (Zoom and Google) seem to be configured fine and I’ve got two calendars connected via .ICS and I’ve clicked “refresh all” and it says success.

I sent a message through the help form on the plugin but since I’m using the free version, I thought maybe I’d post here too to see if anyone else had this problem and solved it. Or maybe can point me in the direction for debugging it, since my only lead is the error with the Rest API. Thanks!

Hello, I am using free version of the plugin and facing an issue for which it seems there is no turn around.

I have added the timzone Asia/Karachi for my services but for user end it always shows :

Timezone: America/Los_Angeles [-08:00]

I have tried the third party conflicts, cleared all caches but still same issue on front end, and it shows slots according to the above timezone, Can you please look into the issue for me and share any solution possible?

Hi, i started to use this plugin, i really like it, easy to use and very nice interface.
