Confirmation email is always sent although I select Not to do it

I’ve selected the options:
No: Send the confirmation email
No: Send welcome email to registered users
Even though I’ve selected these options, my customers continue receiving the confirmation email.
Any help to stop this?

Subscription Not Confirmed

Great Plugin! One question – when a Woocommerce customer subscribes, they are auto-logged in as a user, but Newsletter does not detect the login (probably because the subscriber is added after the user is logged in).

At any rate, the Newsletter subscriber remains unconfirmed, unless he/she logs back into the site.

Is there a way that the user can be immediately confirmed upon Woocommerce checkout? Any suggestions for this issue?

How could we add the checkbox in the users profile?
