Is the closing of the plugin on WP.org serious? Can you explain the issue?

I’ve been using waiting for a couple of weeks now, crated a few timers, edited, put them om a blog etc. No problems there.
But then, I went to duplicate one of my existing timers, because it is very similar to the existing one (in fact, only changing the day) and the “Duplicate” button… does nothing.
No error messages, no console warning/errors, just not doing a thing. It’s as if it doesn’t attach an event to the butotn.
Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem?

It appears that the timer we created only shows up if the UTC timezone is chosen. We would prefer that the timer works within our clients’ timezone. Please advise.

]]>I am using the free version of the plugin to display countdown of Months, Days, Hours and Minutes to a certain date. I want to countdown to July 1, 2020 but in order to display the correct data, I have to enter July 11,2020 in the settings. Even the hours and minutes are off. And even then, later on the countdown will be off at a later date, so I have to reset to another weird date. Is there any way to fix this issue? Do I have to update to Pro version to properly display countdown showing Months, Days, Hours and Minutes?

Love the plugin but for it to display the correct date I have to reduce the date by 12 days. For example for the 5th August to be displayed I have to set the count down to the 24th July.
Any ideas?

Not sure what happened. The plugin has been working just fine for a long time, but today I checked my site and the timers aren’t there. Everything else about the plugin seems to work normally. The preview of the timers appears normally in the backend where you set up the timers, but the shortcode doesn’t render the timers on my pages anymore.
I tried disabling all my other plugins, and tried other browsers, but nothing works.

I’m trying to translate the waiting plugin in French. I’m using the poedit tool.
I have no problem with strings like Quick Translation, Edit. …
But when I translate text regarding time units, like Years by Annee (in French) or Days by Jours (in French), Weeks by Semaines, Hours by Heures, theses strings are not translated in French neither in the backend, neither in the front end.
Any idea ?

So I tried to modify the translateTerms() function to do that.
But I don’t know how to get the language selected.
I tried to test the ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE, but it’s alway blank ?
Any idea to do that ?

We experienced a problem with the various versions of IE displaying the countdown vertically like this:

We diagnosed the problem to IE not reading the width properly from the parent ( as mentioned in a previous thread ). Various attempts to define the width failed but we found we could edit the pbc.js file to not set the width on the pbc-shell div ( which was causing the problem ).
The change we made is here:
