Hi, we have used the plugin to integrate the Simple Checkout but the Pay button works only if you are logged into an account. If you are not a registered member you get a red rectangle instead of a button. The functionality of the button is also gone.

Could you please let us know what might be causing the issue?

In iOS, instead of the pop-up a new tab opens within Safari. The credit card is never charged and this new tab never returns a successful payment call. A green “ok” check sign appears under the payment window but there is no processing and it does not go any further.
