Ciao. Vorrei acquistare il plugin “Vision Pro”, però vorrei sapere se risolve il mio problema:

voglio creare un documento “A.jpg” su cui attivo alcune aree che contengono link verso i documenti “B” “C” “D” eccetera

1) con Visio “Add New” ho creato il documento “A” e l’ho salvato, poi il documento “B” e poi il “C” dove vengono salvati? Andando su “Vision > All Items” non ci sono documenti

2) per vederli sul web devo creare questi documenti come pagine o come articoli?

The plugin works well for years, but recently, we noticed that in admin panel all layers (and the map file) has disappeared, although they are shown in the website (but errors).

Also, when trying to upgrade the plugin, the map disappears from the website as well.
There is an error message when trying to make any change: “The operation failed, you can work only with one item. To create more, buy the pro version.” – although we only have one item.

Any idea how to fix this?

Is there a way to have more complex shapes (not just rectangles)? Or maybe a way to combine several rectangles to the same layer would also work?

I was wondering if it’s possible to change the background image layer (for a tooltip) to another icon on hover. And if so, what would the extra CSS be? Everything I’ve tried didn’t seem to work, albeit, in my limited searches for such a task.

Sometimes it does not detect the pro version and we have to reinstall the plugin. The problem is that the pro and lite version is the same plugin in WordPress (there is no visio pro plugin) and it is quite annoying.

The interactive image is late on the page. I’m using WP Rocket and I thought it was dekay loading or execution JavaScript, but even if I disable WP Rocket, the situation is the same. I always have to wait a while on the page for the interactive image to show up. Please advise how to solve this? Thank you very much

Can we have a gif as background image?
I couldn’t find the allowed image files.

Our map is currently live on the front-end of the site, but does not appear in the back-end for us to edit? Please see screenshot – you’ll see it says there is 1 item, but it doesn’t appear in the list. Please can you advise. We’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin.

Nothing (images/content) is showing on the preview or live site. we can’t share a link to the site as its on our local server.

Please let me know what would be the reason for this issue. is there any code i can send to you to debug the issue ?

We have had the image maps working for weeks, suddenly today they stopped functioning. Even preview mode is not showing anything, the graphics files are still present and I can see all of the mapping in edit mode.

When I add the Embed-Code from Youtube in text mode, like this:

the preview works perfectly but the video won’t show on the frontend.

Is there a solution to this?

I added four tabs on the shared page image, and the hover function worked only first loaded section. The script is not initialized after page load, and the image and hover effect is not working.

I have an error message when I activate the module again:
 This extension generated 506 unexpected output characters when enabled. If you notice "headers already sent" messages, issues with your syndication feeds, or other issues, try disabling or removing this plugin.

And since I installed it I have a 504 badgateway timeout

Do you have a solution to these problems?

First, very nice plugin, which was passing very well to my approach.

I was setting up 6 images with popover + hover. The popover was working when you hover over the image area with the mouse, then the popup was showing and when you remove the mouse from the area the popup disappear. After the update from today, 12.04.2022, when you hover all hover boxes stay without disappearing and looks like a bug!

Can you please provide a solution about it!?

If you click the trees on the bottom right corner, it activates a gif animation that is only supposed to play once. It works on the phone, but plays on loop forever on desktops. This error only started occurring recently.

Popovers not showing up on iphone 11, but works on older versions. It’s just blinking really fast.

I have one Vision Interactive image on my home page [ redundant link removed ]
It works fine on desktop and Android but only on iPhone (Safari and Chrome) when I try to zoom in the site crashes and browser returns error “A problem repeatedly occurred”

Does anyone else have this issue and is there any solution?
I tried updating all plugins and wordpress but without any success.

I have created 5 layers and ONLY two layers works, the other three not working.
The click of mouse don’t work.
I have exported the .json file if you want to see the file, I must send you.

Hello, I love the plugin but my map takes a long time to load. When refreshing the page, the content below the map is shown at the top before it gets “pushed down” when the map appears seconds later. Is there a solution for this?

we consider to buy the full version of vision for our company, however, theres one feature which we need.
Is it possible that when I went to the Data section and add an URL to a Layer to read the URL later out at the custom jss part?

The reason for this is, that when i click on a layer, it should not be a link or open in a new tab, instead a specific part of the conent from the url target should appear in an iframe. I already got that part, what i still need is the URL of a layer.

Is there any Approach or best practice for this you could recommend?
